  1. I stopped in at Binks lodge in Franklin at recommendation from another member. They had quite a bit of CCI 17hmr available on the shelf...no limit on quantity. Between 14.99 to 17.99 per box
  2. Nice to see another Spring Hillian aboard!
  3. https://www.fflscope.com/ffl/162119071g10323/von-hagen-gunsmithing-llc Here is David's new business # 931 626 6005
  4. I recently had a couple items that were stuck in the USPS system for several weeks. They did eventually get delivered but what I was expecting to get in 4 to 5 days ended up being more like 5 to 8 weeks. One item in particular was a new bolt for a 10/22 that came from JWH custom in California. I contacted jwh and they actually sent me a second order which arrived only in a few days after they shipped. When the original bolt finally showed up 8 weeks after order it was in a package that was very beat up and looked like it had a good story to tell. I I just sent it back to them.
  5. I found out David Von Hagen in Spring Hill can do barrel threading. I have not used his threading service yet. I have done some transfers with him. He is a good guy. http://www.fflregistry.com/FFL-Dealer/Spring-Hill/TN/Von-Hagen-Gunsmithing-LLC/128232.html
  6. Snaveba, I appreciate this information you have shared. I was in the area on Friday at about 930am and dropped in. I noticed lots of people carrying ammo out as I was walking in. When I got back there they had some .45, .410, and 5.56. I got one of the 200 Rd 5.56 boxes and left the other. The 5.56 was $119 and I do remember getting a similar 200 Rd box for $90 in December so prices definitely creeping up some. Couple of questions; are you still seeing 9mm there? What about any rimfire? Are you seeing more on the shelves or less compared to a month ago? It seemed like even the couple minutes I was in there that there was a steady stream of people hustling back to that area. When I was leaving, there was a policeman talking to a guy right out the front door and I heard him saying that he had come by at about 850 to get in line and saw how long the line of people was that day and just kept going. Thanks again for the info.
  7. I am also interested in the responses. I am interested in one of their summit rifles in 17 HM2. Of course they are very proud of these things.
  8. Is this BG fee common to most FFL’s? I have only encountered this fee when purchasing a new firearm at some chain stores. I’ve done a couple transfers lately and there has not been an additional fee. Maybe it was just part of the $35 I paid them?
  9. I saw volquartsen has these new ruger MK iv uppers available in their clearance section on their website. I’m gonna pick one up to get threaded. https://volquartsen.com/inventory_configurations/4954?clearance=1
  10. Any gunsmith suggestions/recommendations for getting a barrel threaded in the Nashville/Franklin/Columbia area? Thanks.
  11. Here is some federal that is available as of this posting if someone is really needing some 22lr https://www.federalpremium.com/rimfire/champion/champion-training---rimfire/11-729B800.html
  12. It’s definitely a premium price. What kind of availability and prices are you seeing from your favorite supplier for decent 22lr?

  14. I saw today that CCI has some 17 HMR available directly on their website. Not a bargain but if you need some… Free shipping over $99. https://www.cci-ammunition.com/rimfire/
