  1. son's truck could be bad #2 injector. stuck open injector will kill an O2 sensor,,,and cat converter too. don't ask me how I know. good luck.
  2. That is just gorgeous! And Dad built it for you makes it that much better. Hope your family passes it down for many, many generations. I've never seen a cherry stock in person but I have seen them. ask dad if he has a piece of walnut or if I need to bring my own! LOL!
  3. HEY!!!! I resentthat!!!! just because I live in the city doesn't mean I'm dependent. I can take care of my own,,,learned when I lived in LaFayette. I have the first gen WYZE and am doing to upgrade to the new version as it has better night vision. By the way, at one point I lived out near Pumpkin town so yeah I know the sticks! LOL out near Parkhurst road, you know, where my family came from
  4. gotta use more duct tape
  5. been o Chicago once many years ago, I was not impressed, left nothing behind, am not going back to get it. last time through my 45 minute layover lasted 4 hours due to aircraft maintenance issue. anywhere above the mason-dixon line is out of bounds for me
  6. private security company. unless you are an on duty law enforcement officer, following a speeder is a ticket able offense that adds danger to an already dangerous situation. your admission to tailgating in an old Tacoma POS makes me more worried about your driving than his. at least when I go triple digits it's in something capable of doing so safely. first car I owned after getting my license was a solid white like this one. retired cop cars are a great resource for second cars or people with small budget. they are well maintained and tough so they hold up well. they also provide some return on taxpayer investment.
  7. congrats on new pistol. 1911 is a great choice no matter what caliber. a .38 super and a 10mm are on my list.
  8. congrats! that's a good choice. the big thumper will do well for you I'm sure.
  9. well yeah,,,that'll work for penetration but it is a bit more conspicuous.
  10. I would be except for the two projects in my driveway waiting for my attention. Better if it were an RT (for me)
  11. No doubt. Lesson learned; keep it below line of sight and carry a caliber capable of penetrating sheet metal!
  12. agreed. in this instance a dash cam on he man's truck might have given a better idea of what went on. my point is if she was truly frightened she would never have exited her vehicle. gives me doubt that he instigated the confrontation.
  13. depending on price range and style, the small 250/300 Ninja is quite strong and durable. They are very light and very quick so a high level of responsibility is needed. I've also had two Bandit 600, they are good long dista nce bikes with sport bike looks and more upright riding position. A true sport bike like the Ninja is hard on wrists and I don't recommend sport bikes for distance.
  14. We are looking at half of the story and making judgement. She said he was tailgating her but then she pulls in behind and exits her vehicle to take a picture. If I felt threatened I would have stayed in my vehicle. If you pull in behind and exit your vehicle and approach, how am I to know YOU are not the threat. Castle doctrine extends to one's vehicle here.
  15. Sweet! looks like a winner! Just another J.M. Browning piece of genius.
  16. I apologize to you for our fellow man allowing this creep to continue breathing. that he may walk our streets again is sickening.
  17. Nice little wrist breaker!
  18. Thanks Much. I don't have any Winchester 9mm and all of my .45 was bought before the recall date.
  19. God bless Molly and the rest of your family. Pray she recovers fully.
  20. I'm not a "black" rifle genius. I own one AR15. That said, I'm not fond of the stock either but the rest is clean looking, not overdone. My idea of a pretty semi auto is a Browning. Saw a nice one in 30 06 Saturday. your rifle isn't ugly, this is...and I'd still take one.
  21. I burned two stockpiles on my last range trip. Didn't pick up any brass as I don't have dies for 357 or 300...yet. Wish I had as I could have gifted the .300 BO to another member.
  22. somehow I missed this one. is that a preppers lot or an A.t.f'ers lot?
  23. always heard that was good for taking a lot of game...U NIQUE up on it. sorry, love kids puns
