For self defense, I've been between 180 & 165 in HST, Ranger or Gold Dots. HOLLOW POINT Ammo : Ammunition To Go For range, I've been getting the same weight in what I carry. Walmart has WWB in 180 or 165, Federal in 180 and also some others. Also, I got the 357 SIG barrel its a smile maker when you shoot it.
