  1. Thanks and yes this Sig is a keeper
  2. Got on Monday and its been clipped to the pocket since. Not too bad. I like the clean look of it. The more I open it the smoother it gets.
  3. +1 on Scott Bookkeeping. I've done at least 5-6ft transfers
  4. I liked the Rockeye so much that I had to try out the TR-2. Just a tad bit smaller (has to be under 3" @ work) and I wanted a serrated blade.

  6. Their is a gunsmith on Mack Smith Road. ACRW, LLC is the company name. M-F 9-5. I haven't personally had the opportunity to use him and I was referred to him by GT Distributors in North Georgia. I am needing sights changed on my XDs and some work done on my 1911. His name is Gary Heaton (706) 891-6603.
  7. Willis68 just wanting to know if you received my message.  While using PayPal mobile auto correct change my address when I manually typed it in the comment section.  I know it will several weeks before its shipped but just didn't want anyone else enjoying my knife.
  8. I'm in. I'll send money shortly and my mailing address. I would like #44 unless JPS doesn't get #11.
  9. I wonder would Springfield take the holster back in exchange for a magazine. Cause I'm not really wanting to give a kidney for a magazine.
  10. Scott Bookkeeping 4706 Brainerd Road Chattanooga,TN 37416 423-622-4361 I can highly recommend Scott, he has done at least 5 transfers for me. Give him a call on Monday.
  11. I believe the sprints were in reference to trying to get your heart rate up/adrenaline.  Then focus on on sights, control your breathing and hitting your target.
  12. I have 4 other S&W guns and they have all been flawless. I have high expectations for this rifle.
  13. I've read that also about the bad lever. I saved this video from YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vGf2GgbXko&feature=youtube_gdata_player and there's one from Phase 5 Tactical called thd EBRV2 (its a little more but looks killer)
  14. She has finally made it home. Range trip hopefully in a couple of days. I feel like a liitle kid with his new toy. 16. I didn't think Natchez would not sell to Tennessee residents? I guess I'll make a call in the morning.
  17. I've used Mark Scott of Scott Bookkeeping in Chattanooga. He is on Brainerd road and my last 2 were 25 plus 10 for background check.
  18. I forgot about Academy Sports or maybe to excited to remember. I'll try there tomorrow and bring a friend. 2 boxes better than 1.
  19.  That really sucks when you purchase something and its not what you really wanted.     But today, I was able touch, hold, cuddle and verify the twist on the barrel.  Its on layaway and I'm ready for it now but still gotta find some ammo.  Did some searching found a couple boxes online but 20 rds here and 50 rds plus shipping on each order ($$$$).  Hopefully my patience will get me 500 rds at a decent price and @ 1 shipping price.

  21. I really liked the reviews on the Sport but I believe the barrel change does hurt. So if i choose the Colt does 1:7 means most of ammo I look for will need be above 60 grains with a longer profile bullet. (I'm still trying to read through a lot Internet stuff so don't beat me up on these questions).
  22. Thanks for the replies. After talking to my lil brother, probably the Sport and upgrade and learn since this will be my first. Plus I have no ammo and the price difference would help purchase some if I find some at a decent price. I'm not a reloader so I'll start looking at about .30 to .35 per round.
  23. After some thinking I'm gonna get an AR. My two choices right now are not close in comparison. The M&P Sport can be found for $699 + shipping + background & transfer. The Colt LE6920 for $1070 + tax + background. I like the M&P for price and reviews have been very positive. They changed from a 1:8 to 1:9 twist but everything else seems to be the same. Only upgrade I would be considering is changing the handguard and stock. The Colt is a Colt. The handguard is also a heat shield but twist is 1:7. I'm still learning/understanding twist rates but I believe the Colt would handle heavier bullets and the M&P the lighter bullets. Would I buy tomorrow (don't know) but hopefully soon. Prices are dropping and availability seems to be increasing. thanks
