  1. It doesn't matter. Zoning is her job. Just tell her the basic details. Here's the zoning code http://www.sullivancountytn.gov/node/118   I glanced through it and didn't see any reference. As long as you're not in a subdivision with restrictions there is no reason you probably can't shoot your guns on your land.   Now if you scare or piss off your neighbors then it will become a complaint issue and SC Sheriffs department will become involved.   Oh and btw, Hickory Tree may not be to your liking.
  2. The only thing you might bring with you is a good bagel....lol
  3. It's amazing how warm 10 degrees feels when you spend the day working.
  4. I don't believe there is any zoning restriction specified. It would probably fall under the purview of the Sheriffs department, and then only if there are noise or safety complaints. Amber Torbett is my goto source for zoning questions. Phone: (423) 323-6440
  5. So what are the details about this property? Anybody have an address or at least a street name for the property? I'll look up the assessors data. Be a good way to start investigating.
  6. So Amazon will save the Post Office. Love it.
  7. So maybe we at TGO should flex our numbers and start a boycott, and let them know. We could do a Forum of Shame.
  8. It's getting right out there. I got another 2-3 inches of snow and now the wind is up to about 15-20 mph. Thermometer shows about 22. Holy crap.
  9. Thursday ought to be fun here. High of 8, low of -13. Guess I'm gonna bring those brass monkeys in.
  10. That's a good plan. Looks like you're on the right track. Enjoy!
  11. They look good, but if you have any loading issues I;d remove a little bit more of the mouth belling.
  12. Why in the world did he consent to a search of his car during a traffic stop?
  13. Looks like about 8 inches here. I just finished digging out, checking on my mother, etc. I'm too old for this.
  14. Still snowing pretty hard in Bristol. Looks like at least 6 inches of snow. Dinner is over, the wife went to bed to "read", and the dog is snoring. Guess it's time to pour a drink and settle in. Everybody stay safe and warm.
  15. Forget the bread and milk. I've got hoppin John and shine.
  16. Just built a carbine. A2 carry handle with sight built in. It's way too much fun to shoot without any other sights on it. I'm gonna keep it that way.
  17. Snowing pretty good here in Bristol. Looks like a couple of inches or better.   http://wwc.instacam.com/instacamimg/WCYBT/WCYBT_l.jpg?rnd=15-021620151303
