  1. It's a split rail fence. Don't you ever go to Lowe's? They sell rails. http://www.lowes.com/Fencing/Wood-Fencing/Wood-Fence-Rails/_/N-1z0wg4p/pl?Ns=p_product_qty_sales_dollar|1&cm_sp=Lumber-_-Outdoors|PopularCat-_-Merch|Wood_Fence_Rails&cm_cr=Fencing-_-Web+Activity-_-Fencing+Top+Flexible-_-SC_Fencing_TopFlexible_Area-_-10397057_5_pl#!
  2.   For the RCBS the powder baffle helps the charge stay more consistent.
  3. Relax. 45 is a simple round to load. Don't load to maximum and just eyeball your case for any splits. You'll be fine.
  4. I'm surprised there are any left. Some many years back all the NG units were ordered to destroy their stock of 1911's. I've seen the pictures. Brutal.
  5. That's quite a story. Bet the scars will be awesome too. Hang in there and hope you get back quickly.
  6.   I assume you mean appraiser and not inspector.. And Obama had nothing to do with that. That's the handiwork of that gigantic boil Andrew Cuomo. The rotation is the result of a lawsuit against FNMA. Nowadays we appraisers are pretty much forced to sign up with third parties that contract with the various lenders. And yes our fees have been cut, so if you buy a house the fee for the appraisal you see on your disclosure is NOT what we're paid (usually).
  7. What  turned out pretty good?
  8. VA guidelines will mostly mirror FHA requirements. If the house was built before 1978 any peeling paint could be an issue. The attic will need to be insulated to a minimally acceptable level. If there's a crawl space a vapor barrier will be required and possibly minimally acceptable floor insulation for your area. All Utilities will be required to be functional. Some type of acceptable heating source (HP, GFA/AC, Radiant in all living areas, etc) is required. Those are the base requirements. From the forum I gather that you are pretty particular about things, so my assumption is that you will have little to no problem with the appraisal. If you have further questions pm me for my personal contact info and I'll be happy to discuss any questions you might have.
  9. Yeah my Frontier was built in TN. One of the reasons I bought it.
  10. It seems the last couple of days the site has been slower than usual to load. I've noticed it on a couple of other gun sites as well. Am I just paranoid?
  11. Musta been some chainsaw
  12. Nissan Frontier. High mileage like the Toy at a better price point.
  13. dodo occurs. Let S&W prove that they have decent customer support. If not we can all flame them all over the net.
  14. It's New York. That's like dropping $80 bucks here...
  15. You need to attempt to find out who his next of kin might be. Shouldn't bee too hard. Just wait for them to swoop down on the property and start a conversation.
