I just recently saw a pop-up peep sight sorta similar to that. Didn't get a good enough look to determine a maker. This particular sight had been used on an M4 in Iraq. The guy that had it had served with a Guard unit.

I'd look at PSA also. I;m sure someone will argue with me, but I've got everything from Del-Ton's to BCM's. They all shoot and the cheap one's have been more dependable than the most expensive ones.

Kahr PM40 and a Beretta 96.  Both shoot fine. I carry the Kahr as my edc. No problems with either gun. Reloading is simple enough with the .40 so I shoot them regularly. The Beretta is a fun shooter.

It's really not rocket science. Wear your gun in a OWB holster and don't cover it up with a coat. Wear a short jacket if you need a jacket and make sure to do the VA tuck. You may not like it but that's gonna be your option until said time that the legislature can rein in the jackwagons.
