  1. Yeah, the CW9 really feels good in the hand. I have a PM40, but I keep coming back to look at the CW.
  2. I am sorry for your loss. Your brother in law is blessed to have to work for a good manager. My thoughts are with you.
  3. So true.
  4. Nice gun. My last gun was a G19. Unfortunately I shot a couple of different 1911's at the range this weekend, so it looks like my last gun is gonna be something in .45.
  5. Don't know how unusual the PM40 is, but you don't see that many around. It's a surprisingly accurate little handful.
  6. I prefer a low key approach to life. It's why I carry concealed.
  7. That's my favorite quote of the thread, hands down.
  8. +1. I'm there too. You should always fear a greybeard. We're too old to run and too ornery to put up with too much crap.
  9. Good one. Can't wait till I get down to Harry Reid.
  10. +1. I've seen issues with handguns that FTF because the striker channel is dirty or gunked up with factory grease. A clean gun is a happy gun. Of course I like the smell of Hoppes in the morning.
  11. ERROR: Video Link Not Found Doh! Click the title bar.
  12. My current favs are the Kershaw assisted openers and Al Mar.
  13. I last ate there some years ago and they did not serve alcohol then.
  14. sorry...double post
  15. Might be interesting to compare the followers in the bad mag and a good mag.
  16. I stand corrected. We've got a local free range in the Cherokee Forest near the Job Corps. You need to carry a gun just to carry a gun to this place.
  17. Is the weapon clean?
  18. VA and MS do not allow it. I would suggest checking the laws when you are out of state. The law may not require that it be posted so you better be aware of local laws. This is a good resource. Concealed Firearm Permit Information By State
  19. Excellent!!! My daily carry is a PM40 and I have exactly the same opinion.
  20. Drink mostly. Back in the day I was a Moose (or maybe an Elk) Seems I had a sponsor. I mostly recall the cheap drinks and the HD sportster.

That's pretty short sighted. A presence on a website that reaches everyone in your state is really about more than just advertising. It has to do with belonging to a community of like minded users of a product one happens to sell. Feel free to steal that line.
  22. That's really tough about your dad. Still i have to say you're a lucky guy. Your folks sound like remarkable people. Spend as much time with him as you can. I'll keep your family in my thoughts.
  23. O yeah! Fargo.
