I think the only thing we can do is to represent ourselves as responsible citizens and to go out of our way to not come across as some sort of gun totin wack job. My experience is that quiet discussion of my reasons for carry are rarely met with any antagonism. Lots of folks are not comfortable with guns thanks to the movies and the media. We have to be responsible 2A representatives and we also have to realize that there is that lunatic fringe that we will never reach.

So the NRA decided not to support a "Republican" who has a proven record of being anti-gun. This is a problem because? Sounds like a lose lose proposition to me.
