  1. Hmm, must be Voldemorts.
  2. Smithereens is a good show. I caught them in Richmond, VA at least a decade ago (probably longer). Little bar/club down in Shockoe Slip.
  3. I can't possibly decide. How about my top 10? In no order, Who Led Zeppelin Allman Brothers (with Duane) Eric Clapton and Muddy Waters Emmerson Lake and Palmer Little Feat (78) Crosby Stills Nash and Young Pearl Jam Radiohead Dire Straits
  4. Kahr Talk has had problems too. Sounds like a conspiracy to me. No joking.
  5. I can only say this...consider the lack of technology and gadjits that Jimi had. Then listen to what he could do. I'm just saying
  6. The Beatles transcended rock and roll.
  7. Wo! That's cool.
  8. Good advice Glen. I'm sorry to hear about your cancer. Hang in there, and if you need something you let us know. I'll keep you in my prayers. FWIW, my last test was 1.3.
  9. Trower is pretty amazing. He toured last year, saw him in Asheville.
  10. +1:cool:
  11. Charlotte.
  12. Ah hell, it was all good, and still is. I saw Tom Petty Sunday. Rock lives.
  13. I can't argue with that. Duane had more soul though.
  14. Good memories, and great music. Saw Eric Clapton and Muddy Waters do a show together once. Holy crap.
  15. Just to mix it up a bit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poiCzMOvkKk
  16. I'd have to agree. It was quite a show. Moon was a wildman back in 72
  17. I'm no hero, but indeed I did. Saw both Zep and the Who in Greensboro, NC. CSNY was the first concert I attended where they sold beer. My prayers had been answered.
  18. Based totally on bands I've seen, Zep is the best rock band, although the Who is so close..... Allman Brothers with Duane is the best jam band ever, and CSNY has the best harmonies.
  19. Count me in. However with rifles I seem to do pretty well with the right eye.
  20. Now that's just funny
  21. Wouldn't it be great to hack Google...
  22. Do a bootscan with your AV software. It should take care of it.
  23. Hockey is like the NFL used to be. Perfect to turn on a sunday afternoon and take a nap to.
  24. No worries. That's what this machine is for.
  25. FWIW, I use W 7 and IE8 on this particular laptop.I don't have IE locked down very tight because I have to dl certain data files from a couple of sites. This AM I noticed some pretty flaky OS issues so I shut down and did a bootscan with Avast. I found 3 java malware exploits. Don't know if it's related, but I thought I'd share.
