  1. Ok Knoxrocks, who's the winner?
  2. Obviously this,
  3. I can't imagine that scenario being positive on any level. Most of the sheep I know would only think assault weapon. And I would have to say my thoughts are some youngster full of vinegar and piss showing off. Yes I know I'm old, blah, blah, blah. But sometimes just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

I'd agree with that statement totally. I've had one for a while.
  5. Sounds like all went well down in Knoxvegas area. I made it to the range this morning and mad a lot of noise in your honor. Or maybe for my own mental health...lol.
  6. Thanks. I took her out this morning for a bit of fun.

  8. Here's my entry. This is my grandfather's Remington Model 41 Targetmaster. These were built from 1936-1939. 307,000 were made and this one has a serial number 172xxx. It's still a shooter.
  9. well it is TV. TV=stupid mostly.
  10. Sorry, but I have to disagree. I carry a PM40 every day. I find it accurate for an SD piece. As for the range, I have other weapons that are more fun to shoot but a wole lot less concealable. My advice is to carry what you like and shoot it often. That will be different for everyone.

It's a date. I need to arrange the TGO tour of TN. There's definitely a bunch out there I need to see in person.

  16. 15 stone for me. However I've been a lot more stoned than that at some point in the past.
  17. Now that's an image totally burned into my brain! Say the word bro, and I'm with you.
  18. This is where we always wind up with this thread. Bottom line I guess is that there are those that prefer to be discreet and there are those that feel the need to make a statement. Neither are wrong, It is interesting how a fairly single minded group like gun owners can devolve into rancor over this. I guess it's no wonder political discourse is the way it is. My .02 is I prefer concealed but I do occasionally OC. I feel that I personally am better at trying to win people over to our side individually. You start getting opposed groups and you wind up like it is on this thread;)
  19. This story explains a lot about humanity.

    Yes.
  21. Splinters in her Crotch A woman from Los Angeles, CA who was a tree hugger, a Democrat, and anti-hunter, purchased a piece of timberland near Colville, WA . There was a large tree on one of the highest points in the tract. She wanted a good view of the natural splendor of her land so she started to climb the big tree As she neared the top she encountered a spotted owl that attacked her. In her haste to escape, the woman slid down the tree to the ground and got many splinters in her crotch. In considerable pain, she hurried to Mt. Carmel ER to see a doctor. She told him she was an environmentalist, a democrat, and an anti-hunter and how she came to get all the splinters. The doctor listened to her story with great patience and then told her to go wait in the examining room and he would see if he could help her. She sat and waited three hours before the doctor reappeared. The angry woman demanded, "What took you so long?" He smiled and then told her, "Well, I had to get permits from the Environmental Protection Agency , the Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management before I could remove old-growth timber from a recreational area. I'm sorry, but due to Obama Care, they turned me down."
  22. Nah, I'm pretty sure it's WTF. I know that's been my favorite saying since the election.
  23. I don't think it was ever blued.
