It's good to be hated. lol I've been looking for an older 552 for a couple of years.

Well considering the MSRP is $650.00, I did quite well.

Remington 552 Speedmaster. Barrel code indicates manufacture date of 08/1972. There's a few minor dings on the stock. The barrel is clean with no rust at all. Action looks very good with minimal wear. All in all a very nice little .22. I'll range test this puppy tomorrow.

As kids we made prodigious amounts of home made gunpowder from charcoal, sulphur, and saltpeter. I'm thinking it might be a wise move to own a black powder rifle. -
I'm old school. I use a safety razor. I can usually pick up 50 blades for about 25.00 shipped from places like Royal Shave.

Now now. Those are PDW's. Personal Defense Weapons. I assume to defend them from the public at large who have assault weapons. -
Me too. I actually have 3 rockchukers set up. I handle every round and know what I'm shooting.
