I'm the wrong guy to ask. I don't think Tabasco has all that much heat. THIS IS A HOT ONE AND NEEDS TO BE USED SPARINGLY. However it has a really nice flavor. I had a bowl of beef stew last night and put about 10 drops in. It was warm.   But I will stop and put 3 or 4 drops on my tongue. I like the heat and the taste.
