  1. The outdoor boilers are the most efficient. I know of 3 or 4 of this type unit locally.
  2. Been there and got the limp and scars to prove it. Get a checkup. If there's damage see if there's a camera in the parking lot and maybe you can get a tag number.
  3. I've got both. The AR is much more of a pleasure to shoot. Nothing wrong with the Mini, but that Garand style action is a lot less fun to deal with. You should have plenty of choices in a $700 AR. I have 3 AR's and only one was purchased as a complete weapon. It's a DPMS I bought for less than $700. and it's perfectly serviceable. The other two I built. You'll like the AR platform. BTW I may be interested in the mags, depending on what brand they are.
  4. Move along citizens, nothing to see here.
  5. If you hold it urban style to shoot you'd probably shoot your own foot.
  6. Actually th big round thing under where it says curve on the slide shows 2 positions in their photos. Indented in one and bulging out in another. Looks like a switch to me.
  7. Shooting feathers, squirrels, maybe the stray possum. 177 or 22? Favorite brand? I hear good things about RWS.   What say ye?
  8. Is it hoarding if I work on gathering powder, primers, and bullets for next years loading cycle?
  9. I have one too. Best cup ever comes outta that chemistry experiment. Think I'll go fix one now...

I guess it depends on what your end use is. I like the Berettas. Good shooters with a decent trigger. It's not a small or light gun however. Personally I'm not a Glock fan (yes I've owned a few) but they are typically light weight and dependable.
  11. I;m glad you like your machine. I will say this, no machine will make bad coffee taste good. Good coffee is the trick to a tasty cup.
  12. My opinion on this is to just walk away. It's a free market. If I don't want to pay the price then I don't pay the price. Evidently someone does, which is why the stupid continues.
  13. Sizing die isn't quite right. Does it pass the plunk test?
  14. I thought this was a thread about Barack and Biden.
  15. Homestead does have fine products.
  16. Honestly, when you add all that sweet to it and long as it's a bourbon you'd drink you're good to go. I probably wouldn't waste the money for something reallly good just for a cup of eggnog.   FWIW last batch I made I used George Dickel.
  17. Lack of perspective. Save your money in an interest bearing account so you can afford to retire.
  18.   Little Feat's Skin It Back could be their fight song.
  19. Did you notice Bass Pro's price on IMR powders? At the Bristol store 3031 was over $30.00 a pound. That's just price gouging.
  20. They've dropped "Washington" from their name because it's too embarrassing.
