I’ll up the ante and add a box of Remington Core-lokt ammo to the deal. -

Well, if you don’t still have the rifle, you need this one just for nostalgia’s sake. -
Up for sale, my 1936 Remington Model 141 pump action chambered in 35 Remington. The wood is in great shape with a hand rubbed oil finish. The steel has some bluing left but it is more patina than original blueing. The 141 is kind of unique with its fluted tubular magazine. This allows the use of spritzer rounds without the worry of a chain detonation. $500. Located in Nashville. For sale to Tennessee residents who can legally own a firearm. I can take more photos as requested.

If it only had a threaded barrel

The clock has stopped. My last can was approved yesterday. 5 months, 4 days. The strange this is this can is on a trust with another can. That can was approved the beginning of July.

Up for sale is my Ruger SR-22. This is a silver anodized version. It comes with the original box, paperwork, gun lock, 2 original magazines and 2 additional Ruger magazines. I put maybe 100-150 rounds through with out issue. I picked it up on the TGO so I don’t know the full round count. I’ll post pics in the morning. $250 obo to Tennessee residents who can legally own a firearm. TN license or ECP flash. Located in Nashville.

The only problem with the McDTL was the cheese was on the cold side. I like my cheese melted.

I’m still planning to get payment to you by the deadline. Had a vet emergency this weekend that ate up extra funds (and then some). -
I also remember the campaign that went “Big Mac, Filet O’Fish, Quarter Pounder, French Fries, Icee Coke, Thick Shake, Sundes, and Apple Pie.”

It depends. Usually for the first application (and sometimes the second) I will put the stock and forend in the oven at about 180deg for a little while (I usually preheat the oven, turn it off, then put the pieces in. I don’t want them too hot to handle, but really warm. I feel this helps the first application penetrate better. Once it has soaked about all in I then do the hand rubbing for a bit. Then let is sit. If after a while it looks like there are oily spots, I do another round of hand rubbing. Then it sits for a day (longer if I have any patience) before I do it again.

Ok. Here is the 1969 Marlin 336 SRC. It goes with my other birth year Marlins. 336 in 30-30 and 336 in 36Remington. The stock and forend needed a little clean up and refresh of the hand rubbed oil finish. The walnut really pops now. It has the original JM hammer spur and the original front sight hood.

Speaking of recent acquisitions, 1984 Marlin 336TS Texan 18.5” barrel in 30-30 I am still cleaning up the 1982 Model 1894 in .357/38spc and the 1969 Model 336 Saddle Ring Carbine.

Half of me wants prices to drop so I can pick up models on my list. The other half doesn’t want the rifles I have recently purchased to drop in value.

There is a Christmas morning photo of me (early 70’s) starting to tear open the package on a Tanto action figure (I had already opened The Lone Ranger) when I first noticed the BigWheel hidden behind the tree. It’s priceless.

It probably doesn’t work

what year was it manufactured?

At a minimum, a nice Kentucky Waterfall.
