I have a universal laser boresight with different sized bushings for different calibers. I like it since I can use it in all my rifles/pistols (if the pistol barrel is long enough). But also it is to get the scope/red dot close on paper. Depending upon the caliber and distance I want the zero, I have used ballistic charts to see where the bullet would strike the target at a distance I can easily see with the laser (say 20 yards) and I will mark the target with the offset. then when sighting the scope, put the laser on one mark and set the scope to the offset. That gets me closer for the actual zero distance when I can get on a range. (If I explained that correctly)

While searching the web on my phone last night for ammo deals (looking for 6.5 Grendel) I came across a site (www.ammozdepot.com) that had some really good prices on Wolf. In retrospect, too good. Still, I put an order in my cart, then saw that there was a minimum "$150" order. So, I put some 300BO in the cart to get the order up to the minimum. going to the checkout, they offer PayPal as a payment choice (Cool I think), but they also offer Zelle. Hmm, I think. My Spidy Senses start tingling and I decide to look for reviews on this site. I find some "Scam Check" sites that say ok things and some that say bad things. I then find a posting to Pay Pal from someone who felt they were scammed by the site. They placed a order and then were asked to use F&F to make the payment. They did and never heard back from the web site. I then got onto some other gun forums and found more references to the site as being a scam. I backed away and called it good. Today I went back and looked at the site again. Initially, it looks to be a well put together site. They say all the right things to get you to believe it is legit. But as you look deeper, it looks to be almost an AI generated site or a template web site that has been modified just enough to "look" legit. When you get deeper into the site, much of the "Text" associated with the pages is Latin gibberish. Anyway, avoid Ammozdeals.com. If you run across any other scam sites, let's post them so we keep our folks safe.

Sorry. Everything is good. It’s just the heat this week. Nothing to worry about. TVA did bring another reactor on line at Watts Bar. And they have built several new combined cycle power plants to replace aging coal fired plants at Paradise, John Sevier and Allen.

Don’t worry, we will run out of food before the electricity problem becomes a real issue.

Welcome aboard there have been a lot of scammer posts, and such in the last year which forced the moderators to implement some safeguards. If you want to buy something you see listed, just ask the Seller to PM you to start the conversation. I think many of us came here initially to buy or sell. I know I found the TGO looking to sell a pistol. There is a lot of good information on the board and you might find it easier than you think l to become more involved in the discussions.
