I need to see the footage again to see if it was one of these. You do have to rotate the bolt, pull it back, push the next round in and rotate the bolt to lock every time you fire.

I do think it is interesting that in the photo they have supposedly showing the shooters face, he is wearing a different jacket and backpack, similar, but different. I have not heard why they think that is the shooter, or what evidence connects the two photos together, but that does seem odd to me.

In several different definitions I looked at, the person assassinated typically is of importance and the the reason being for political or religious. One interesting this I read was “or in exchange for money” so if Joe Blow is killed by his wife, he was murdered. If his wife pays someone to kill him, he was assassinated.

Since you have to twist and pull back the bolt to cycle it, it is easy to capture your brass. It doesn’t fling it across the room.

So, how many guns do YOU have? A rhetorical Thanksgiving question.

I have often wondered why some folks store all their fire arms in their boat…. -
Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. We really haven’t done anything since the first quarter.

Less than a dozen pistols, more than a dozen rifles. -
No offense taken.

Are you saying us Gen X are something else “good” or “bad”. We (Gen X) aren’t the ones doing everything in GT’s post. We are the last generation to understand everything from the times before.

Man, a High Power clone is on the list. I just have to wait to see if I can win a 1909 Colt 44-40 pistol I’m bidding on first. Maybe this will last until Sunday. -

for-sale 1922 Winchester SRC 30wcf (.30-30) $900

As hard as I tried, I could not get a shot of the rifling in the barrel. If you are interested, you are more than welcome to look the rifle over, and pass if it does not meet your expectations. It won’t hurt my feelings. here is the muzzle and the inside of the receiver (chamber end and bolt end) if anyone wants more detailed photos of some part, just IM and I can text them. its not perfect, but it is 102years old. It does not appear to be abused, but it wasn’t a safe queen either. -

Hopefully, if Bama loses, that helps the Vols as well. They need to be securely ranked when Vandy beats them next week. Lol

another good method is to watch the TGO. More than once I have seen where someone no longer shoots a caliber and off loads their accumulated ammo for a fair price. But you have to be quick (like trying to buy a GT knife).
