What upsetting news did I miss?

I’m putting this out there to see if anyone is interested. If someone is, we can discuss the particulars off thread. This is a B&T StationSix 45. It comes with the bag, pistol, 2 mags, suppressor, and suppressor box. It’s a cool pistol but I just need to want it. I’m gonna take a bath on it, (I paid more plus my tax stamp). I have put exactly 8 rounds through it. It is my understanding that an NFA item (the suppressor) can be sold person to person with out an FFL as long as we are both TN residents. I would file the Form 4 and once the tax stamp is in the buyer’s possession, I can hand over the can. (I will do more research and discuss it with my FFL/SOT $1000. It is for sale to Tennessee Residents who can legally own a pistol. The buyer pays for their own tax stamp. Located in Nashville.

It sounds crazy and unrealistic, but it also could be completely plausible if this was his entire plan. Which is more likely: a. Dude is upset with the health care system, wants to do something, wants to make a statement, wants to be a martyr, and maybe (likely) has some mental illness. or b. The “government” or some other shadow organization killed the CEO, then somehow convinced an innocent dude who looks like the killer, to dress like him, get photographed, then sit in a. McDonald’s while carrying the murder weapon and other evidence.
