My best AR was a home built blem Anderson lower, no-name mil spec upper and a decent 300bo barrel. The lower parts kit was probably BCA, I did put a nice stock and decent forend. It shot like a dream. I’m sure I can buy it back from my buddy if I ever think I will own an AR again.

After reading a few threads on another forum, I might try the dovetail cutting myself. However, I think the threading of the barrel may cost more in tools than GS fees. (If I can find a true gunsmith in the area, and not just a “builder”)

I am contemplating building a Trapper in 30-30 if I can pick up a “needs a lot of work” Marlin I am following on an auction. Anyone know of a good gunsmith in the Nashville area who can cut the barrel down to 16.5” and thread it for a suppressor? I will also need a dovetail cut into the top for a front sight blade and the bottom for the mag tube holder

So, I was up in the school part of Covenant Church with my wife yesterday. The school is not yet back in the space (thank you BWCC for the space you have allowed the school to use). I had not been in the building past the front foyer since the shooting. Lots of changes since I was there when TCS was still in the space. But they had a lot of damage to fix. We had to walk down the third grade hall to pick up some tables and it required us to walk past where the children were murdered. It was hard. There is not evidence of anything except they have blocked off that stairwell for the time being. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t choked up. Anyway. I just needed to get that out. Thanks.

Additionally, the pages published even mention almost getting caught in 2021. Hale hadn’t even started using a male name at that time. Her intentions long predated all the transgender BS in the news before the shooting.

I do wish the “right” would stop pushing the whole “transgender” narrative. There was nothing on those three pages that mention or allude to anything having to do with the shooter’s gender playing any role in the shooting.

CZ P10C is a nice shooting pistol. Not as nice (IMO) as the P365xl, but it shoots great.

I think the median age on the TGO would beg to differ on the number of people who got this.

We might have a new QB. It was nice to see some accurate deep balls. It was also nice to see a QB run through his progressions.

Wish I had extra $$$. Of course, there are other rifles higher on the list.
