  1. Next time I’m in Shreveport
  2. Kahr K40 Stainless Steel. I believe you got it for your FIL.
  3. I think I have one of these disks around somewhere with a bunch of The String Cheese Incident live music. I probably can’t ever get it off at this point.
  4. I second this. Brian was the first TGO member I met. Bought a pistol from me (what brought me to the TGO). He was a great first impression of the group.
  5. Damn that was fast. I’m third
  6. I’ll take #1 if available
  7. Do you have any issues with the sub rounds cycling the P322? I have a SR22 that needs a threaded barrel for my Hydra AL (when it gets out of jail)
  8. I am in need of an early butt plate for a Marlin 1893 circa 1900. But, since I am working with an unfinished stock, I think I can make an early Winchester Carbine butt plate or even a really old Springfield Trapdoor 1873 butt plate will work. let me know what you got.
  9. Just added a Savage Model 1903. I think it is maybe from 1908. 24” octagonal barrel. All matching numbers.
  10. I learned to operate a right handed bolt left handed when I was on a rifle team in high school. You can’t remove the hand from the forend because it is in a glove and wrapped in the sling. Single shot bolt action is a trick left handed. Especially during a match.
  11. Do they have the right to search a locked container bolted into the trunk, or just the trunk?
  12. Just because they can search your car, I don’t think they can legally prevent you from having a gun in your car. The Castle Doctrine says your car is an extension of your home and you can keep a gun in it. https://www.tennessean.com/story/money/2016/02/11/3-things-tennessee-employers-should-know-gun-laws/80255594/#
  13. An employer CAN NOT prevent you from having a gun in your car. That right is protected.
  14. Well I also have these Winchester Model 63 Marlin Golden Model 39a
  15. Price?
  16. My most recent rimfire. 1910 Remington model 22 I will have another new to me rimfire this weekend.
  17. Well, most folks can use (drugs and accohol) and wander around a public place or private businesses. The only laws against it are public intoxication laws. It is not against the law to be high (other than public intoxication) just possession of the drugs. Being on drugs is not enough to be charged with possession. I see (smell) folks high on pot everywhere.
  18. Maybe we get a compromise out of this and they change the law so you don’t have a gun violation, but a trespassing charge if you refuse to leave the business when asked. This way the business still has control over thief property rights, but we don’t get an unreasonable charge if we unintentionally violate the statute.
  19. Rossi makes a solid version of both the Winchester 92 and the Marlin 336 at a decent price point.
  20. WTF?
  21. I guess they figured they could give Ruger/Marlin a run for the money with a 44mag. The Marlin with a wood stock (not a pretty as the 3.5K S&W) is the same price (if you can find one). Since I have a JM Marlin in 44 mag, I’m not interested in the S&W
  22. Lower Antioch
  23. Darn Tough socks ROCK!
  24. I’ve been wearing my Muck Boots ass week. I did add some cushioned inner soles for more comfort. I have the Chore ST (steel toe).
