ad closed SOLD - Warn 8274-50 8000+lb winch $1600-$1750
Snaveba posted a topic in Non Firearm Classifieds
I have a Warn 8274-50 for sale. While “old” it is practically new. The inside has no wear. The gears look new. The brake shows no wear. It does have a new 6hp motor because the rotor of the original motor was lost in shipping (the winch was disassembled when shipped to me). I can include the original motor stator/housing if wanted. There is not currently a cable on the drum. The new Warn 5/16 cable, roller fairlead and hook are included as well as the winch control. $1750 for everything. If you do not want to run a steel cable, I can keep the cable, roller fairlead, and hook back, and the price is $1600. -

I like to view myself as quite handy with a wrench and the ability to solve mechanical problems or develop work-arounds to problems. But you sir are quite impressive. My hat is off to you. -

For what calibers do you have dies?

well, based on the order from Trump, there is only one sex, since sex differentiation does not occur until six weeks AFTER conception.

There are several side mounts for Winchester 94 lever guns. Most all take advantage of the existing threaded holes on the left side. The scope will be off set to the left to allow for the casing to eject out the top. Being a lefty, this was not really difficult move of the head, as I could just move my head a bit over and tighter to the stock. I would think it might be a little more difficult as a righty as I think you would have to lift your chin away from the stock. I turned the scope 90deg to give the casing more room. that just made the elevation the windage and vise-versa. It was a little odd to sight in at first. I think this is close to what was on my Winchester (I don't have it any more). Weaver Detachable Side Mount #3B (Black) 48412 B&H Photo Video This looks like a decent forward scout scope mount that used one existing location on the left and the rear sight dove tail to mount. Yea, but no one is paying that. Looks like it is actually going for about $90/lb well, some was selling for $90/9oz (didn’t realize they were not 1lb bottles). now it’s about $200/9oz with tax and shipping (if someone will pay that)

So no suppressor with any kind of filler? That kind of defeats the purpose

I guess I need to pick up some 400+gr bullets. Anyone have some Trail Boss they want to let go? It doesn’t seem to o be in stock anywhere.

Damn it Greg, I can't un-see this. -
I'm looking for load data for sub-sonic 45-70 rounds. I know sub-rounds are usually 400+gr, but can I load plinking subs with 300gr bullets (I have some). I have read Trail Boss by Hodgdon is a good low velocity powder, but it doesn't seem available. I am also curious about 30-30 sub loads.

I picked up a new lever gun I wasn’t in the market for. However, when a good deal on a really nice gun comes your way, you can’t let it pass by. It’s a very clean and very nice 1982 Browning B92 in 44Rem Mag. I shot it today and it’s dead on. It has one the smoothest factory action of any of my rifles. Unfortunately, it is so nice, it will probably (for me) end up a safe queen. I all but can’t find a mark in it. It’s nicer than my new Marlin 1895 45-70 SBL. I will have to decide if it’s too nice for my collection. Enjoy

I wonder when AI will start getting hands correct? These are not too bad, but why is the girl being rescued wearing a fire fighter's glove on her left hand?
