  1. Is it me, or is anyone else seeing a creep up in per round ammo prices? I’m seeing 9mm 115 gr brass case upwards of $0.25 to $0.29 per round. I bought PMC 115gr 9mm at $8.99 per box last month from Ammuntion Depot. Also, as a tac-pac sling bag with 350 rounds of PMC 9mm was $93.00. Now the same package is $142. looks like price gouging to me.
  2. Not having any grass on hand for a skirt, grandpa thought squirrels would be a good substitute before the Luau

  4. What time on Chanel 5
  5. It’s like a Botox injection, I looks good, but is really just a temporary cosmetic thing with no real benefit.
  6. Sweet
  7. I have been to the range since I sanded and polished the disconnector to soften the angle a small amount. I have not Made it to the range since swapping the disconnectors. I feel pretty confident that all should be safe. It does not make sense that the disconnector would change (for the worse) between the P365 and the P365XL. They are basically the same frame and chassis. Everything is swappable. You can run a P365XL slide and barrel on a P365 and vise versa. You can put the chassis of a P365 in a P365XL frame with either slide. The trigger is slightly different. Think I have anything to worry about with the swapped disconnector?
  8. If your a plumber, and your specialty is installing bidets, you are set to make bank.
  9. I don’t think Trump would have a beer with ANY of us. We are not nearly rich or powerful enough to even begin to be on his radar.
  10. “Thank you for contacting Sig Sauer The pistols are made very tightly and there is a 250-300 round break in period where it may become a little easier. We can certainly bring in the firearm for inspection to see if everything is within specs.” I did order a new disconnector from Sig ($9). They do not have a separate Small Parts Shopper page for the P365XL so I ordered the one for the P365. Comparing the two, the leading edge of the one I ordered of definitely a shallower angle than the one that was installed on my P365XL. The P365XL is on the left, new on the right. I did do a small amount of fine sanding on the one on the left, so originally the angle was slightly steeper. (I wish I had waited until the new one can in). It does feel easier to rack with the new piece installed.
  11. unless you are wearing a full face respirator, don’t bother as a means of keeping yourself from getting exposed you are much more likely to pick up the virus by touching an infected surface and then rubbing your eye, touching your mouth, or picking your nose with the virus on you hands (hence the rational of washing handed a lot) the a mask does not cover your eyes. Even if you are wearing a mask, if someone coughs in your face, your eyes are an easy entry point. Wear a mask if you are or think you are sick to protect others from YOUR coughs and sneezes. Self Quarantine is appropriate is you think you are infected, or think you have been exposed. Although as many have said, not all can work from home. Stock up on essentials, but don’t go crazy.
  12. As of now, they are relatively fine. No serious symptoms. But since some of the data is possibly indicating that the 50-60 age group is more susceptible, it is a watch and wait situation.
  13. Then it was close to home.
  14. It was something that was just “out there”. and then it wasn’t.
  15. And over the next several weeks, I would bet many of you all will be in the same position.
  16. I know someone who is positive, who’s family is likely positive, and some others who are waiting to find out (the test is not instant like a flu test).
  17. Just don’t look again until mid summer.
  18. However if it was 100 years ago, it would probably kill many, many more.
  19. Don’t mess with mama bear’s cubs.
  20. My wife just tells me my opinions......
  21. Does anyone even own a coat in So-Cal?
  22. I’ve been married 20+ years and with my wife for 27+ years. One thing I’ve learned, husbands are trained, wives do the training. But seriously, it is a good idea for a couple to be on the same page when it comes to home defense.
  23. And we are talking guns not wives.
  24. Well, we are not “neighbors” in the casual casual sense, so I think you are fine.
