No it's sentences like the following that bug me... Why do you have to sneak around?? Is it illegal to shoot a 50BMG in Miami? Sounds like it is. Sounds like you're doing something illegal on a regular basis...is this true?? Inquiring minds want to know since you posted you do it with your 50BMG...... So once again, you're sneakking around like a "ninja"......hiding from the LEO's......why?? Why are you hiding from LEO's?? Sounds like you're doing something illegal......... AND now you're bragging about it. What gives?? See my point?? Who in thier right/wrong mind brags about doing stuff like that?? You sure didn't seem like you were kidding.....maybe you need to use "smilies" to let us know you're kidding around and that you aren't really sneaking around the city with a 50BMG under your trenchcoat.....

Something about you bugs me when I read your posts..........maybe it's because you've made a few retarded statments about you doing something stupid stuff like this before??? Trying to touch nerves or get decent folks in trouble??

The Sigma series has had it's issues. While not top notch pistols, they usually are decent guns and give little trouble. I've heard of a few people having had issues with the extractors. My personal issues was with a 40VE which had a feeding issue. After multiple mags, recoil springs and tinkering, I sent it back to S&W for warrenty....they told me the slide was something like .000001 off on the left side which was causing delayed lockup. When I got the pistol back, I sold it for dirt scraps....

Shot a few thousand rounds of it...got about 500 more to go before it's all gone..... Never had any issues...

Here's a quick thought...... They both are easy to maintain, both are about as accurate as the other (pending shooter).....so all one would need to really do is to decide on weather they want to deal with stripper clips (old school) or mags (new school)...do they want more of an "old school" rifle feel or do they want more of a "modern" combat rifle. Most people will choose an AK over and SKS bacause they feel it's more of a "modern" proven combat rifle. Seeing the SKS and stripper clips, most would feel this is a slower way to reload and you have to reload 3 times to get the equal use of 1 AK mag....(then there's the 75rd drum issue).... Then you have people like me who build SKS's into "mock" modern combat rifles' and love'em...... They both are great platforms to play with. Both reliable, accurate and fun.......pick up an AK shoot it.....then decide to just add and AK to your arsenal.

You're fibbing unless we see some pics!! Pics must include you with the pistol in your hands and your wife giving you a big kiss while holding your present!!

Well, it was a last minute decision. I was up and the girls were still sleeping so I snuck out........

I saw that. Wonder why.... The Centurion patterned a little over 13in at 12yrds but the pattern left was pretty much "flower" like. I figured that a 12 to 14in spread pattern at 12yrds would be suitable for my homes' layout. The Centurion was the only one to break the 13in mark....

It'll always be politics vs. police vs. bad guys = taxpayer/citizen paying more money for less protection while not being able to stand up for themselves or their community.......... which in turn allows the bad guys to creep out of the depths of the "city" to the outskirts and start pulling thier same old crap. Everyone's scared to fight much less fight back these days. They've been sheepled to "allow" the police to handle it....but what then?? You're a victim who did nothing to deserve what was done to you.....now they say "let us handle it!" More and more people have let this happen to them. The bad guys know that intimidation and force will usually over come the victim allowing the bad guy to gain more confidence with every wrong doing. It's insane that people allow others to "walk over them" or think that being a victim is better than fighting and attempting to save yourself or others. Tons of those people usually end up dead vs. the ones who fight back. People aren't brave anymore which is why today's society has become so "tollerant" to this rediculas "gangsta" behavior. So....you ask what are we gona do. Well, their's the logical answers which could include shooting "gangsta" violaters on the spot for wrong doing....or go ahead and start up "ol' smokey The Chair" and eliminate the need to house and feed death row inmates in a few hours. All of which are seemingly becomming better and better ideas everyday. But what sayth the communities?? When are we as a community, as a city, county or as a state gona step up and say, enough is enough. Cops can't be everywhere and it's time to push back. Time to stand up and fight to make our neighborhoods safer for our kids!! But how you ask....tougher laws?? More patrols?? Nope none of the above. Attacking the problem in mass numbers is the only way to deture crime from creeping into your community. What does that mean?? It means we have doctors, chemical engineers, mechanics, machinists, construction workers, people of diverse knowledge whom are smarter than the thugs. Use that knowledge to your advantage. There isn't any better way than getting your neighborhood together and going McGeyver/A-Team on the thugs in a mass effort. Rid them from your neighborhoods by storming them on street corners and thier houses. Making citizen arrests and tossing them all in a van ziptied or handcuffed and drive then to the police station. If the police won't take care of it then..........then drive then darn van off a cliff or use your McGyver expertease and blow it up!!!! Sorry........long rant.

Yep, what I was looking for when I tested ammo for shotgun was to find ideal loads that patterned small (12in or less at 12yrds) but had mild recoil for the wife. The Nobel #4 and 00buck Law Enforcement loads do the job perfectly for her as they are both reduced recoil loads. You sure seem confident that bird shot wouldn't harm/kill you. Bet you won't stand infront of anyone and let them prove ya wrong though will ya. You can bet that most bird loads will work just fine but I'd suggest you go and shoot different loads to see just how your shotgun will react and what the spread pattern will be.....
-
Why?? With certain modified chokes, you can have a spread pattern of 10in at 30yrds...turkey shooters do it all the time.......I don't see anything wrong with that if you /had/needed to shoot something at a distance. Buckshot has more recoil than most #4 shot out there.... almost perfect for a woman......of course it all depends on your shotgun as well....type and barrel lenght......

you are thinking of palm sunday..... Maybe.....
