  1. see if you can get the SR9c back.
  2. The Ruger SR9c is discontinued, so what's the point ? the Glock 43, 43X and 48 and Sig 365, 365XL are in current production.
  3. I picked a 250 for $200.00 (rental gun) from a shop that was closing, I though it'll be trading material but after shooting it, I'm keeping it, it usually goes in my boat bag, if it gets wet is easy to take apart and clean every thing out, its a great gun, Sig should have kept it in the line up, but they have the habit of discontinuing good weapons.
  4. I wonder how long before they make a smaller EZ.
  5. congrats, very nice pick
  6. Word of advice, I'm fresh to this forum but know my way around 1911s and if you don't know how to work on 1911s, please buy new, you will thank me later, the 1911s are great CC weapons though.
  7. Springfield Armory have great 1911s and excellent guarantee, under a $1000.00 you can go Ruger, Colt or SA, Colts are my favorite, for your first 1911, I'll suggest a 5" barrel and in .45 ACP.
  8. extra mags, a good holster and lots of range time, you have a great CC weapon as is.
  9. I have a 224 in .40 haven't fired much maybe 500 rounds, I had no issues at all and it is a great CC weapon. the 224 is been discontinued from the Sig catalog, you might find NIB still out there though
