  1. Removed
  2. 2.5 MOA
  3. Reduced to $900 w/ optic
  4. I’ll do $700 without the DPP and $900 with a Holosun 407.
  5. $600 for gun $850 with DPP Great condition, comes with all of the interchangable back straps and all of the optics plates. Comes with a Leupold Delta Point Pro zeroed to 124 grain HST, but if we need to haggle a little on price I can swap on a Holosun (wont be sighted in), or can remove the optic all together. Comes with an OWB light compatible holster for the larger style lights (TLR-1, X300, etc.).
  6. Bump with price reduction
  7. Updated post. Thanks!
  8. Was $500, now $450 Picked this up off the forum a few weeks back, brand new, I have never shot it either, still has the copper grease in it from Glock. I thought I’d use this as a back up gun, but I’ve since acquired a back up in the same platform I currently run. I put on Ameriglo suppressor height night sights, orange big dot with tritium up front and blacked out rear. Also installed a Dagger threaded barrel, but I still have the factory barrel. holster included: DeSantis Slim Tuck IWB. Comes with one 10 round mag.
  9. Doug does all of my pistols, based on your recommendation many moons ago. I strayed once for a 1911 slide and got burned by an awful job.
  10. I stick with Holosun. Seems like the best compromise of durability, usability, and cost. I’ve broken several Vortex red dots. I’m not selling the ones I’ve got, but I wouldn’t buy another. I’ve got a Trijicon RMR with the 6MOA dot. I think it’s a little too big, I prefer 2-3 MOA, but I’m a little younger and I like to shoot a little longer range. 6 MOA makes it hard to shoot my carry pistol at 100 yards.
  11. I prefer red over green. I shoot outside a lot and I find that the green dot gets lost in the grass and trees and stuff. I’ve yet to find a background where I loose the red dot.
  12. I have 3 Ruger Americans and I’ve never had a feeding issue. I’ve heard the rumors, but I’ve got to wonder if more internet hysteria than actual real world. My dad has a Gen 2 American that he likes. If feeding is a concern get one with the ACIS mags or a gen 2. I don’t care for the bolt throw on Savage rifles, so for my money, the American can’t be beat. My 6.5 shoots 3/8 inch groups.
  13. I’ll second this on all points. I got rid of my 10.5 in favor of an 11.5. The 10.5 was over gassed, but not obnoxious, though I hear DD Mk18s are. 11.5 gets you a better performing, softer shooting, more reliable gun.
  14. I started down the 1911 path probably 15 years ago. I’ve had my fair share of plastic wonder guns, heck even looking for a new one at the moment, but I always come back to the 1911. I’ve found my perfect match in an aluminum framed CCO pattern Dan Wesson, it’s currently sitting in my handgun safe with a Milt Sparks holster ready to go on my belt (when I’m not being a homebody that is)
  15. Looking for a S&W Shield Plus
  16. OK, I'm relisting this because I kept changing the last ad so I wanted something fresh and updated. Price adjustments stay the same. Was $800 Now $700. Great gun. Direct milled for the Holosun/RMR footprint and re-melonited. Has trigger mechanism polished and a Lone Wolf 3.5 lb connector, but I can include a standard dot connector if you want. Holosun has the solar backup on top. Also comes with Galco leather OWB holster and a Blackhawk! SERPA. 4 Glock magazines included. Will throw in 50 rounds of S&B to get you started shooting too.
  17. Yes. Deburred and tuned extractor, polished ejector, deburred and polished chamber, polished feed ramp (ramped barrel), and I don't know if they polished the trigger bow or the channel in the frame, or both (they did something, but notes just said trigger polish), but it is buttery smooth.
  18. Still there
  19. Just as an FYI, S&W only warranties guns for the original owner
