  1. It was on the Henley St bridge. Glenn
  2. Unfortunatly I was involved in an accident on the way home from work tonight. Someone several cars in front of me was cut off and had to slam on their brakes. Every car back too and including myself was able to stop. The woman behind me didn't even slow down and knocked me into the car in front of me. I was out of my car when the Knoxville officer arrived. He was collecting licenses and insurance cards so I gave him mine then offered him my carry permit and said I want to inform you I have a handgun in my car. He just said "OK" and went on with what he was doing. Friendly and professional. I had always wondered how that would go. Definitely was not an isssue. Glenn
  3. +1 Glenn
  4. What people "seriously" think and what they post on the internet are often very different. Glenn
  5. They don't care about the Constitution and no one will make them care. Glenn
  6. exactly!!!!!!!!!!! Glenn
  7. Once they get healthcare reform passed, they can control whatever just by claiming it is a threat to your health. Lead is poison, we have to ban bullets. Guns are dangerous,we have to ban guns. It's coming. Glenn
  8. Would that be Branley Owen? Glenn
  9. I understand that. I have to hope it doesn't get that far. Got to vote the out Glenn
  10. On Glenn Beck today, Glenn played a recording made at a secret meeting at which Sen. Charles Shumer said "we think we have found a way around the Constitution. We can change anything we want with just 51 votes. We need to take a look at the Bill of Rights" It may not matter what the Second Amendment or any of the Constitution says, the progressives think they can just vote it away. Who is going to stop them Glenn
  11. If the guy carrying the rifle was loaded, I might be scared too. Glenn
  12. 1965 Volkswagen Beetle. Paid $400 for it. Had two blowouts on the way home. I later rebuilt the engine by taking it apart and laying the parts out in a line as they came off. Went and told the parts man I needed whatever I should replace, swapped the new parts for the matching old ones and put it back together. It actually ran good. That car would go anywhere in any conditions, just slowly. Glenn
  13. Olds, Thanks for writing that. I heard about the march many months ago and have been planning to attend ever since. I am not sure how I will swing it but I will figure out a way if I have to sleep in my car. I have been disappointed by the of gun owners I have spoken to. Glenn
  14. Didn't hear it but not surprised. O is setting himself up to try to stay on the air after the libs outlaw conservative talk radio and tv. Glenn
  15. 3 Rat Terriers They own the house Glenn
  16. I thought it was an excellent study of a Christian man traveling on a mission through unbelievable destruction making it the best way he can. This is not a religious movie but the hero is a christian man, at least the best he can be and still survive. The story is simple. A lone good guy takes on evil. Denzel Washington is larger than life, but pulls it off. I agree about Mila what's her name. Not the best choice. Also enjoyed the interpretation of the ruined world. Very bleak and dark. I guess it wasn't Mad Max, but I was glad about that. Glenn
  17. My sons (17 & 20) and I went to see The Book of Eli the other night. We all thought it was excellent. I would recommend it. Haven't seen the Road. It has gotten some really poor reviews from ordinary people. Glenn spoiler alert don't read any more
  18. I think Dems will win no matter what the vote. They will steal it one way or another. MSNBC has been encouraging people to cheat. Vote 10 times if you can. Dems will not let this go. Glenn
  19. Pretty sure it is posted, although not correctly. Also might be an issue since many of the events there sell alcohol for on site consumption. Glenn
  20. Yea, I figure my monthly income would buy about a two minute burst. But it was fun watching. Glenn
  21. A S&W 910. I had not considered having one enlarged. That might be the trick. I work with a guy that makes custom saddles. I bet he could enlarge the straps for me. Glenn
  22. Does anyone know of a source for a shoulder holster for a large person? All I have seen say they will fit up to a 48" chest. I wear a 56 xxlong suit. Any ideas? Glenn
