  1. If you like it and are happy with it, then it's a good deal. I like all Kimbers I've owned. $700 is not bad.
  2. Nice looking pistol!
  3. I like Tred Barta's show because it's different from all other shows I've seen. He truly does it the hard way. It's amazing he was able to shoot pheasants with his long bow. Of course it took him many shots, but he didn't give up.
  4. Cool. I'd definitely pay more attention to that spot this season. You may try changing your patterns to throw him off.
  5. Can't beat that price. I buy a box or two when I see some.
  6. Walmart is ridiculous. You have to jump through hoops to do anything other than handover your hard earned dollar i.e. exchanges, refunds, etc........
  7. Yes , very nice looking. How does it shoot?
  8. X2 I've always wanted a .308 on an AR platform. For what? I don't know
  9. Cool, I may have to check one of these out. Thanks for sharing the info. I used to shoot regularly with the MCTS membership along with being a member.
  10. Standley, Been a long time. How ya doing? This is Justin. I used to shoot alot with you guys back at Millersville and Gallatin. I know both Bucks, both Johns, Russell, and Teddy. Take care and hope ya'll have a good turnout on the 13th.
  11. Anyone hunt whitetails with a bow? I have just started a couple years ago. Yet to harvest one, but I did however make a shot on one last Thursday. It was a shoulder hit and she kicked her rear legs straight up into the air. My buddy and I trailed the blood for 4 hours to find it led to a thicket. We decided it just wasn't worth crawling in there on our hands and knees to recover after 4 hours of trailing and a 14 hour day. I hate to lose deer like that, but I gave it a real good effort to recover. I think she was quartering away so much that the arrow missed all vitals. We also recovered the back half of the arrow (not a pass through shot) which was covered in blood. She never laid down before entering the thicket based on the fact that there wasn't any pools of blood just several spots.
  12. It doesn't seem like Ruger gets much credit for their handguns. I've owned both revolvers and automatics by Ruger. I prefer the revolvers. Good Luck in your search.
  13. I have shot an XD at the range, but never owned one. I really like them and am sure you'll enjoy yours.
  14. Hello members of TGO forums I've been registered for some time, but am just now getting around to posting. I've been shooting guns since I was old enough to hold one. I enjoy talking guns and even trading them every now and then. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity.
