  1. Macon Armory 10 mm direct impingement upper receiver group is based on the M-4 style flat top upper receiver. Barrel is Cerokote coated and hand-crafted with a 1:16 twist and 5/8 x 24 muzzle thread using 4140 Chrome Molybdenum steel, providing both accuracy, durability and versatility. Upper is built around an Aero Precision upper receiver and includes forward assist and ejection port cover. Upper is intended to be mated with an ANGSTADT Arms large frame Glock magazine lower. https://maconarmory.com/product/10mm-upper-receiver-group-di/ $400 - Located in Crossville
  2. Cleaning out the safe to make room, per wife's request. I purchased this Benelli M2 3-gun Performance Shop 12 gauge shotgun a few years ago to compete in 3-gun competitions. But we moved to TN and I never got a chance to even shoot it. Comes with magazine tube extension and barrel brace, factory case and all parts originally included. (owners manual, chokes, lube, etc) Never fired! All in was almost $2.6k, asking $1.9k for everything. Located in Crossville Details about the M2 3-Gun:
  3. Cleaning out the safe to make room, per wife's request. I purchased this M1A NM brand new a few years ago and only ever took it out of the safe to look at. It currently has a Delta 14 Chassis w/Fab Defense Mossberg 500 adjustable folding stock. But also comes with factory walnut stock, hand guard, adjustable cheek pad, with Springfield scope mount installed, 3 x 20 round and 1 x 5 round Springfield magazines. Never fired! All in was almost $3k, asking $2k for everything. Located in Crossville
  4. So.... what are you doing with all your old Glocks? I know a good home they could go to!
  5. I would highly recommend the pinky mag extension for all your Glock 29 mags. It makes them a little longer and harder to conceal, but they help a lot: https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1006080934 Or they also make adapters that will mount on a Glock 20 mag to "convert" the 29 to the 20: https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1016672073/ The one downside to the adapters is that changing mags quickly tended to pinch my palm between the frame and the adapter. If you want, I can see if I have any left over in my boxes of spare parts. I *might* have included them when I sold my 29, but it was too long ago to remember!
  6. Wow, the wording of this change is insanity at best! A blank AR receiver would be considered a firearm if it is "sold, distributed OR POSSESSED with instructions..." So a piece of metal isn't considered a firearm, but adding a piece of paper to it makes it a firearm? I am speechless...
  7. I totally get it! If only law abiding citizens had firearms, "gun control" would never be a topic of discussion. My only point was that I understand concerns about companies selling complete kits to anyone (including gang bangers) that can be assembled into a firearm in minutes by anyone. For all intents and purposes, those kits are not much different than purchasing an actual firearm. Don't get me wrong - I would love nothing more to be able to purchase/build/manufacture whatever I want whenever I want! (especially when it comes to suppressors)
  8. Yeah, gas is horrible and only getting worse! I heard on the local news yesterday morning that they are expecting $6/gallon by August!!
  9. 900 yards with my 338 Lapua Mag. But that was back in Colorado. Here in TN, 400 yards is the furthest I've found to shoot.
  10. While I am not a supporter of gun control, after doing a Poly80 Glock, I understand the concern with them. It took me around 10 minutes to make a functioning handgun. No machine skills needed, no special tools, nothing. Just drill a couple holes and cut off some plastic tabs with a knife . It took more time to put in the trigger than to "manufacture" the frame! I've also milled out billet AR lowers, and they are a completely different beast! With those, you are truly "manufacturing" your own firearm.
  11. I could be wrong, but I thought quite a few Kel-Tec firearms use Glock mags. But if you have too many Glock mags, you could send some my way!
  12. Wow, that looks pretty cool! Do you plan on painting the optic?
  13. They are sold out now too
  14. Do you ever head out East? (Cookeville/Crossville area)
  15. The grip angle of Glocks is one of the reason I sold all my other handguns and replaced them with their Glock counterpart. (it all started back when Glock was the only manufacture selling compact and full size 10mm handguns) Shooting exclusively with Glocks, my natural point of aim is dead on with them. But if I ever pick up another handgun, I'm way off!
