Don't think this is how the "stand your ground law" works

Have Loughner and Hassan not proudly admitted to killing people? -

Zimmerman turned himself in. Bail should be allowed as he has already proven that he is not a flight risk. -

The DA says "the person responsible for his death, Zimmerman..." She has already convicted him in her mind. They STILL refer to Loughner and Maj. Hassan as "ALLEGED" shooters. -

Sounds exactly like someone else we all know (except for the blue part which is exactly how representative govt. should work). -

No charges though for black panther voter intimidation or black panthers calling for the death of a person or black panthers inciting riots and violence. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. -

FOX is slowly becoming more lefty as well. -

We were almost surely headed for a brokered convention had Santorum remained in the race. I am confident that Romney would not have emerged the victor, and that perhaps we may have even gotten someone who hadn't been running up until now. Santorum's exit changes all of that and virtually hands it to Romney. Romney was getting his votes from the high population liberal states and cities, Santorum was getting the true conservative votes. Regardless...it is what it is. No use crying over spilt milk. Romney is the man. Hopefully he will be the man in the White House after November.

I will absolutely take Romney over Obama, my concern is that he doesn't have the chops to go head-to-head with Obama. Obama is going to pull out all the stops. Just like McCain, I don't see Romney being able to bring himself to do what it may take to win. I hope he surprises me. I REALLY hope he does. He has my 110% support at this point, but a lot of it is up to him and his campaign people. (and I HATE depending on other people to come through) At this point, we are going to have to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. I don't think those words have ever meant so much as they do right now.

STATE TO FEDS: WE WON'T COOPERATE
mcurrier replied to mcurrier's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Of all the things happening and how fast much of it is occurring, I can't help but think...we live in some very interesting times folks. Kind of like 1938. Kind of like 1775. Kind of like 1860. We are on the precipice. -

Unfortunately money will not be the deciding factor this time. Obama has the fawning media water-carriers in his back pocket...for FREE. The attacks on Romney should begin in about 5 minutes...and they will be non-stop for 7 months. Write down on a piece of paper to remind yourself who you are voting for and why (to get rid of Obama), because after 7 months of non-stop hammering from Obama's media army, Romney is going to look like Satan himself and you may just forget how you once at least tolerated him all the way back in April of 2012. It's going to get VERY nasty, and Obama has a large and experienced nasty army at his disposal. -

It's not a matter of how many people vote, it only matters who counts the votes. -
It has taken me about 30 minutes to calm down. ALRIGHTY! Another McCain. Woo Hoo...yayyyyyy... NOT! http://www.foxnews.c...04/10/santorum/ Romney is a milquetoast wuss who will crumble the first time Obama plays the race card against him…which should be any day this week! Are these morons all in this together just to screw the American people or what? Thanks Santorum! Douchebag! So now even if absolutely EVERY person in the U.S. gets behind Romney…can he beat Obama??? I have my doubts. So the choice is Obama or Romney. Make your choice now and stick with it because Obama will be on the all out attack against Romeny starting in about 5 minutes for the next 7 months…NON STOP!!! It's going to get very nasty.

We are only going to get there in incremental moves, little by little. It's not going to happen overnight. Going in the right direction is hard and takes time. Going in the wrong direction is easy and can be done much more quickly. It's a matter of incrementally voting in the lesser of two evils each time until we move to a good place, even if it's at a snails pace. Now every few elections we may get someone who is a solid strong conservative who can leap us ahead a few squares a little faster, but for the most part the lefties and the Republican establishment are going to slow us down by tossing out milquetoast choices like McCain and Romney. That is until enough people wake up and get involved and get the momentum going a little faster in the right direction a'la TEA Party style. I am personally hoping for a brokered convention where the conservative voice of the American people can put the pressure on to bring forth a solid conservative and dodge a milquetoast disaster. -

Yup! Set to the rhythm of Katrina and The Waves song "Walking On Sunshine" I'm walking on eggshells , wooah I'm walking on eggshells, woooah I'm walking on eggshells, woooah and don't it feel good!! Hey , alright now and dont it feel good!! hey yeh NO! It DON'T feel good. Some people have thin skin, and they need to get over it, not the ones telling the truth. The truth hurts as they say. -

We'll have a lot easier time controlling Romney than Obama. Obama is a renegade outlaw. Romney at least operates within the rules and laws. He's not my first choice mind you, and I'm not defending him, but Obama must be stopped. -

A non-vote = a vote for the incumbent, whoever that may be. Your non-vote may put two more radical socialists on the Supreme Court which will do generations worth of damage. Think about that. There's a lot more at stake here than just the person who sits at the helm in the Oval Office. The repercussions for not voting for anyone can be just as damaging as casting a vote directly for Obama. -

Democrats Responsible For Black Culture Of Anger http://americac2c.com/profiles/blogs/democrats-responsible-for-black-culture-of-anger A great article...but you have to register to read it. Lloyd Marcus has many other relevant writings as well. -
Would that be 'Chris' Christie? Regardless, no point supporting anyone who ain't running. They probably wouldn't win. BHO must go. Remember in November!
-
Romney is simply the white Obama. I'll take him over Obama, but I think we've still got a chance for better choices than him. Come to think of it...if Zimmerman is a white-hispanic, then Obama is a white-black Obama.
