You would think so...but that would require common sense for some people. I have noticed this MANY times on movies and on reality cop shows. They'll pull some guy over, look in the car or trunk, and then say, "I got a gun here...AND IT'S LOADED!" No one ever says, "I've got a hammer over here...OH MY GOD! AND THERE'S A BOX OF NAILS! TAKE COVER!!!"
