1. We seem to be more in between the apathy to dependence stage.
2. Sorry for that. Animals are innocent and pure, loving and loyal. I care for them more than some people.
3.
So we get upset at all the initial reports and how they weren't verified, yet blasted across the airwaves anyway. So now you have a multi-agency investigation making a point not to leak data on the case until their investigation is complete, as not to spread unverified rumor, and it is suddenly a conspiracy that they aren't releasing every piece of information as they come by it? Which one is it?
Who gives a crap about agencies. And this had nothing to do with the weapons either. It had to do with the media. They have not done what they,ve done with every past shooter. Where are the interviews with his kindergarten classmates? Where is the report on what he had for breakfast that morning and what his favorite cereal is? More importantly, where are the detailed reports of what he did evry day for the past two weeks leading up to his cowardly act? What about the psychiatriac care that he was possibly under and the drugs hat had possibly been prescribed to him? This guy has gotten the least amount of so-called "investigative" journalism of any mass killer in the past 30 years.
4.
Notice how every other media outlet is reporting 1000 attendees, yet The Tennesseean is reporting only 500.
I counted about 975-1000. I do crowd counts at church 4 times a week.
5.
I know they are illegal in DC, but I figured the Gregory defense would work if 100,000 people showed up with them :)
Maybe THAT is what those FEMA camps are for!
6.
Thanks for the help! Well, I geuss my next question then would be how does the .40 compare to the .45? I assumed the .45 would have a much greater kick than the .40 would. Thoughts?
Nope, actually not. The .45 is lower pressure and like the 9mm also has a smoother recoil than the .40. I personally find the .40 a bit rough on my wrists.
7.
that has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard.
No, that will come next week. And then the week after that will be the new dumbest. It keeps getting deeper and deeper.
8.
I was the guy on the mobility scooter. My wife and I got there just as Hickok arrived and we both took the opportunity to shake hands with him and thank him for the great videos. I was impressed by the turnout with such relatively short notice, Tennessee was well represented by its' 2nd Amendment supporters today. I noted that we didn't need teleprompters for the Pledge of Allegiance. Do you hear me Mr. Prez?
Nor for America The Beautiful. Libs would need a lifeline call to a friend with internet access to finish the Pledge.
9. The lefty devisiveness is working already. Let's focus on the opposition, not each other.

11. About 950-1000 in attendance I calculated.
12.
If you're on the Internet at all, that ship has sailed.
I don't disagree, but I'm not going to make it any easier for them.
13.
15 13375p3k k?
Yes, it is.
14. We need a day like Halloween where all citizens of the U.S. are encouraged to walk around with their gun for the day.  If we ever have a conservative President again, they should enact "2nd Amendment Day".
15.   Also slows down gubmnt web crawlers mining for data to possibly be used as "evidence" in the future.
16. Related topic -   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/58903-why-is-adam-lanza’s-documentary-history-missing/   What are they hiding?  I am curious.  It's been very quiet on the details since the incident.  They've latched on to "assault weapon" and all other details have been tossed out the window.
17.   Agreed.  I don't care to have this psycho worshipped by the media or it's adoring libiots.  I don't know the names of the Aurora shooter, the VA Tech shooter, nor the Columbine shooters, I don't care about them, they are rotting in hell I hope.  I'm just saying that this is the quietest that the media has EVER been on one of these shooters.  They are usually building these guys up, talking about how they surely must have been a conservative TEA Party member, etc.  I am VERY curious what it is that they do not want us to know about all of this.  They jumped on the words "assault weapon" from the moment this incident occurred and have been pushing that agenda from that moment on, and all other details have fallen to the wayside since.  Very suspicious indeed.
18. It would be nice to seem some stats of dB reduction on and AR-10 and AR-15 compared with and without this unit attached.
19.   And so the cycle continues.  There will always be bad apples in every bunch.  So the rest of us should be penalized because of them?  That's exactly what 0bama and the lefty's want to do.
20.   Foresight is always better than hindsight.  Shoulda, coulda, woulda...
21. While the recoil is somewhat similar, the .40 has more of a sharp snap to it.  I have .45, 9mm and .40, and I prefer shooting both the .45 and 9mm over the .40.  The .40 is supposed to have a greater punch on the target than the 9mm though in terms of striking power.
22. 1957 movie The Long Hot Summer starring Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward - Newman: And what happens if a Federal man comes along? Townie #1: oh, they been known to come along. Also been known to disappear... Townie #2: Not entirely... Townie #1: No, not entirely. Every now and then someone might find a shoe...or a tie...
23. Happens every day on the stock market.  Buy low, sell high.  It is what it is.
