Thank God! (yeah...God). If we had lived under socialism, we'd either be trying to escape to the United States of America or we'd still be stuck in it. Many have died trying to escape socialism. It's very hard to get out of socialism once in it. You have to wait a very long time until it simply fails or the balance of power finally tips from the socialist leaders to the people. As Margaret Thatcher said, "the problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money." If the United States ever goes socialist...what other country will there be to rescue us??? Game over.

Returning vets are potential terrorists? Tea Parties are terrorist gatherings? Report any dissent to an email at the White House? Don't like someone so say they said something and report them to this email? I don't like what I see happening to this country.

EXACTLY!!! BINGO! 5¢ a word is all the newspaper cared about. It's just an announcement, as HexHead said. It's not a matter of 'official' public record. They don't call up the hospital or health department and give the secret password to verify. I photograph weddings. Many times the couple has an announcement printed in the paper locally where the wedding took place, and then one or both mothers may have an announcement printed in their own home towns, perhaps hundreds or even thousands of miles away, and days, weeks or even months later.

Right. Where's the best place to hide something? Right out in the open. As a kid and even now I always hated those movies where they made some guy look crazy and no one believed him, or the frame up was so good even the subject of the frame started doubting himself. We are there. Sir, Allow me to correct your correction. You may be speaking of Cool Springs which was a Texas Roadhouse and is no longer, but we are speaking about 100 Oaks - where no Texas Roadhouse ever existed. (as originally queried by Moody below)

That's a Logan's, not Texas. The only other Texas Roadhouse in the Nashville area is in Hendersonville.

Unfortunately the Republicans were not the ones who put forth such weak candidates, it has been for quite some time that the left has done the "choosing" for us. If we were to have closed primaries and all on the same day nationwide this would not happen. The left chose McLame for us.

Solely on their credentials?!?! We wish that would happen. The problem is that if Sotomayor can not get her own rulings correct and has them turned over by higher courts, then that means that she is NOT QUALIFIED to sit on the Supreme Court! Not to mention her own self-admitted racist tendencies. Any President is welcome to nominate, but it is left to the Senate to determine qualification and acceptability. Nice try being all 'noble' Alexander, but every time you spineless morons do this we get screwed. STOP trying (or acting) to take the high road and fight fire with fire. And do you think that your 'noble' gesture will EVER be reciprocated by the left? EVER? No! It will not. Can we remember Bork? Thomas? Gonzalez?
