  1. Make a large bet with him and I'll split the winnings with you after you after prove to him otherwise. Contacted the shop I got mine from asking about a second and he is out of them but has 12 more on order

    Sig 365 ?

    Absolutely. Best money spent ever.
  3. I've already checked into ordering a second one... My philosophy on guns has always been not to buy anything I wouldn't shoot but for some reason this one struck a cord that makes me want to keep it as is. I've got plenty others to shoot My decision doesn't really have anything to do with potential value increase, that's what stock markets are for (well at least in theory....) I guess it just boils down to the fact it sure is Purdy.....
  4. So now the question becomes, shoot or don't shoot? I'm displaying mine at the moment but the urge to take it to the range is strong....
  5. Nope, bought it from a gun store in Utah of all places. They are also advertised for sale at Smokey Mtn, at the time I was looking last week they were out of stock but when I looked today they showed available.
  6. Picked this one up today, Beretta 92G Tennessee limited edition. Had no idea they were made until a fellow board member posted a pic, and then helped me find one after my searches came up empty!!
  7. Maybe with the upgraded sights and number of mags.... maybe. Would really depend on how much value you put on the mags. Max I'd pay for the the gun and 3 mags would be $500, my LGS had a very nice Gen4 with night sights in the case this afternoon for $489

    Sig 365 ?

I have about 1k rounds through mine, I carry it more than any of my other guns.
  9. What makes this not a p320? It's just a full size slide on a compact frame and has a manual safety (which some p320s had depending on state requirements) Cool looking gun and I wouldn't be able to not shoot it
  10. That's a sweet deal!
  11. Sig P365 checks all your boxes.
  12. Thanks for the detailed feedback. I had a Rami and really regret letting it go, one of those times where something had to go to pick up something else...
  13. Sweet looking pistol. CDNN had those on closeout a few months back and I wish I would have picked one up. How does it compare to a Rami?
  14. Take a look at a FN 509 Tactical. I just picked one up and put a Viper on it and loving it so far (only 200 rounds or so). Their mounting system allows for the use of a pretty big variety of red dots which to me is a big plus.
  15. This one is probably my next purchase, just have to sell something to up the funds enough to get it....
  16. 600 so far
  17. I have an ECO in 9mm and it is tops on my list of all the guns I own, or have owned. Beautiful workmanship.
  18. I'd try out one of the aluminum framed CZ compacts, the PCR or the P-01. The only real difference between the two being the P-01 has a rail and the PCR does not.
  19. I don't. Went back and forth with a guy on buying one but never got the deal done. This was online so haven't held one but it's basically a 75 slide on a P-01 frame (compact, alloy frame) from the information I could find. .40SW 75s are still in production.
  20. CZ 40P is what I believe you are looking for, that would narrow down the search for ya.
  21. Rami's in 40 SW were discontinued last year. They had been offered in both a polymer and the regular steel frame. The polymer framed version didn't make it long...
  22. 910 rounds through mine at this point. Rear sight came loose around 200, Sig replaced it. Not a single other issue.
  23. Another 70 rounds through mine tonight with zero issues. I'm now up to 790 rounds with a variety of ammo - JHP, FMJ, 115, 124, 147, +P, etc... without a single failure to feed, eject or hold the slide back. Did I have an issue with the rear sight, yep. Did Sig take care of it, yep. Have there been some issues and QC issues that escaped the factory, yep. Could they have done a little better and longer testing period, maybe. Are some of the issues being overblown, probably.
  24. The SP-01 Tactical is the decocker version of the SP-01, and has a metal frame. The polymer framed version is the SP-01 Phantom
  25. Not sure I'd call it a Gen 2 really, just minor changes and/or upgrades. Sights were changed (upgraded in most peoples opinion) and a change to the recoil spring. Phil Strader posted the comments I pasted below. The firing pin issue may be somewhat overblown, of course not if you were one of the few with issues. JAlexander - pretty sure the dovetail for the P365 is the same as the P320 so there are already a ton of sight options out there if you want to change them. The X-rays will be easy to sell. Hello all, The P365 has been getting great attention since its release, as well as some helpful feedback from our customers. It has been this feedback that led Sig Sauer engineers to fine-tune the platform with outstanding results. One matter that recently surfaced was on striker tips fracturing. Over the last 6 weeks, we have calculated that the number of fractured striker tip returns account for 0.08% (0.0008) of the P365s shipped to date. Although this number is extre...mely low, we ALWAYS strive for continuous improvement. After a detailed parts analysis by our vendor, it was found that an extremely small percentage of strikers were out of spec due to start-up issues. This issue has been resolved. Some P365 customers have also noticed “primer drag”. This is a result of the fast slide speed and unlocking time of this platform. It is completely normal and has absolutely no effect on striker endurance. We are extremely pleased with the performance of the tens of thousands of P365s that have been delivered to date. As tens of thousands more are built and shipped, we will continue to improve our product line and never settle for anything less than complete customer satisfaction. For consumers that have any questions about the P365 or any other Sig Sauer product, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department at (603) 610-3000
