  1. Price drop bump
  2. I actually just put about 180 rounds through it and it’s a laser. Was pondering closing the ad or just never bumping it on the drive back. But it’s available No LE ammo- just AE 40gr, some hollow point FN (SS195LF?), and mayyyybe I’d consider selling a small amount of my green tip SS198LF, but I really don’t want to split that case open since I also have my PS90 SBR that I’m definitely keeping.
  3. Located in Murfreesboro, local to me pickup. No trades. Must be 21 and willing to flash Tennessee ID. I also no longer respond to “PM Please” requests- established members or benefactors only, please. FN Five Seven 5.7 pistol. Gen 5, MKII (most recent version). Trigger breaks just shy of 3.5 lbs and it is incredibly consistent. Shoots absurdly flat, virtually no recoil. Round count is under 500 (like most of my guns), purchased in 2018. I haven’t shot it in a while and it deserves a better home. It was sent off to Elite Ammunition for their $450 accurizing package and $250 MKII red front, green rear fiber optic sights. Elite Ammunition takes 16-20 weeks to do this kind of work. Accurizing package includes: Removal of magazine safety Smoothing of the hammer to sear contact. Greatly improves trigger action and creates a crisp release Reducing trigger pull by 50% Increase hammer spring pre-load 20-30% for crisper disconnect Chamber lapping. Aids in extraction and protection of coating on brass Polish and Tune extractor Polishing and Fitting (too much to list) and a detailed cleaning including correct lubrication Each gun is tested to deliver at a maximum of 3 1/2-pound trigger pull before leaving the shop. At the time, they were also including a 3 pack of extra power mag springs that normally sell for $35. Those are included. I didn’t particularly care for the Elite trigger shoe. It was slippery and too short for that trigger guard, IMHO. I swapped it out for one made by Eden Perfection and it’s perfect now. It really is a ridiculously good trigger. The slide shell is made of polymer and there are some minor dings on the top of the slide. Comes with holster. G-Code mounting system, made for use with Streamlight TLR-1 light. I have an extra, old TLR-1 (no S) I will include for you to use the holster. I don’t have the factory sights. I do have the factory trigger shoe. Gun, box, papers, holster, TLR-1 light, 3 mags with Elite Ammo springs (and factory springs). Adding 5 more mags (with springs) to package for a total of 8 mags. $1400 firm
  4. Location is Murfreesboro. No trades, come and get it. Bought in 2019, traveled to Vegas for a match and back. It’s been stored since. The top layer of foam that is supposed to be cut is trash- I’d recommend something less dense like the pull and pluck stuff. The other layers of foam are fine. I ended up just putting the rifle in a lightweight bag inside the case. Product Info $180…$150
  5. It’s smaller than the G19. Subcompact vs compact. Capacity is 10.
  6. Fits both. Forgot to mention accessories only available for purchase with rifle in case I keep it. Ad updated.
  7. Located in Murfreesboro. Initial comms in PM please- no “interested, text/call me posts”. No trades. Now with a 16” barrel…my backup SCAR. The gun has less than 1K through it, BUT the 16” barrel was recently acquired with “less than 200 rounds” as stated by previous owner. It looks basically new- no carbon on the gas block or front sight. It’s in excellent shape. All the go-fast accessories have been removed from the rifle, available with purchase of rifle only. Includes: Impact Weapons QD sockets in rear of stock (both sides) One USGI mag Parker Mountain Machine black rear QD socket Hogue grip $2500 $2400 Available for purchase with sale of rifle only- won’t sell until rifle sells. NOT INCLUDED: Geissele Super SCAR trigger (worth every penny) $275 Parker Mountain Machine Battery Control Device (similar to BAD lever) $35 Black Magpul MOE+ pistol grip, modified by Parker Mountain to fit SCAR $20 Magpul extended safety set $10 Magpul extended safety set $10 Parker Mountain Machine safety levers, black, long and short, “Ergo” style I think $30 for set Parker Mountain Machine oversized mag button, black $40 GG&G angled charging handle $18 Kinetic Development Group SCAR angled safety (some finish wear) $30 Kinetic Development Group SCAR angled safety $40 $2800 with all accessories shown NOT INCLUDED:
  8. Thank you. I’m reaching a selling stopping point with almost all SBRs remaining. Haven’t really decided if I want to unload any pistols (all Glocks, CZ, and one Five Seven with more $ sunk into it than the gun cost), but this forum will be the first to know.
  9. It’s still sitting here. I decided to buy a 16” barrel for it since selling NFA items is a hassle. Was going to list as a 16”, but lost interest in selling it. I’ll message you.
  10. Dropped to $900. Got my eye on some RC stuff.
  11. Relisting. I sold the heavy Surefire light and swapped it out for Magpul furniture. Much better ergonomics. Location is near Murfreesboro. Please PM me with questions. I don’t respond to “call me” posts/messages. Please be a TN resident and willing to flash ID when we meet. No trades- trying to get the collection down to a specific number. Bought this from another member in December. I rationalized it because the Vang Comp work is worth $800 alone, (that’s a hyperlink) not to mention the 590A1 is no longer being produced. Two range trips, about 50 rounds through it, shoots tight groups, more than reasonable recoil for 00 buck. Vang Comp claims 12” pie plate accuracy at 25 yards with buck. I didn’t get to test that claim, but it does pattern absurdly tight. This was apparently sold as new in this configuration, so it’s a “factory” Vang Comp gun. Original owner said us was a long-time low-use safe queen and I believe he paid around $1600 for it. Upgrades: Vang Comp fully tuned action Vang Comp Stock Vang Comp "back bore barrel process" (modifies to a very tight internal choke without tubes- lengthens the forcing cone) + forward barrel porting for recoil control Front hooded tactical night sight (looks like it takes any AR sight post) Rear ghost ring sight Rear Picatinny optic rail Large dome head safety button Stainless steel tube follower Heavy duty tube spring All steel mag “breacher” (or melee weapon- it’s really sharp) extension tube. 6+1 capacity with Wolf 00, but I suspect it’s 7+1 with slightly shorter shells. It’s sooo close Magpul Furniture Velcro side saddle with 2 saddles $880 FIRM, you come to me (Live rounds not included) That’s lint/dust on the ports in the third picture. No wear.
  12. Location is near Murfreesboro. Local pickup only. No trades. I’m really busy and depending on time of day, we may have to do a porch pickup if I’m on a conference call. Smaller stuff added (mags, ammo cans, etc). Please make it worth our while- not desperate to sell, also not wanting small transactions. Also, please keep all comms in PM. KE Arms KP-15 polymer AR lower receiver with DMR trigger and ambi safety. FDE color This one for $329. $180. Huge, great for indoor ranges. Also good to stick shoot n c targets to. I’m guessing 140-160 targets here. $35 Voodoo Tactical MP5/PCC case. Very light use, as pictured. No shoulder strap included. Fits guns under 28”. $60 SOLD Voodoo Tactical double rifle case, 36”. Includes the backpack style straps, but no shoulder straps. This thing is covered in webbing if you’re one of those gear guys (that I used to be). $20 Podavich Speed Loader. Made in Ukraine. $40 SOLD
  13. I work a corporate job at a Nashville-based company overseeing a program for a large wireless carrier. I’ve been working here for 13+ years and moved to Tennessee from AZ 3 years ago for this particular role. Moving here was pointless since I decided to work from home in early ‘19, but do prefer TN over AZ.
  14. Agree on all points, however that’s not what that quack article says- not even close.
  15. You spreading this complete bull#### is the problem…not the “jabbed”.
  16. Too tempting. I’d have the gun for the mags in a week and I’d lose my mind not not selling off ammo I can’t shoot. Related to mags, one weird thing I do is justify a duplicate pistol purchase by pretending I’m paying for mags I would have bought for the other gun, anyhow. So a $425 Blue Label Glock with 3 mags is really 3 $25 mags I would have bought and a new $350 Glock. I don’t need a Glock, but a $350 Gen 5 Glock is a no-brainer...and I already have new mags for it.
  17. Agree. I miss the days of new $14.99 OEM. One of the first mags I bought was a NFML Glock “hi-cap” mag for $80 during the AWB in ‘03. I never want to be stuck in that situation again, so I stock up. Harder to do at $45 a pop.
  18. I sold all of my 509s earlier in the year. I’m also a Glock guy. Here’s what I didn’t like: Trigger. The factory FN trigger shoe is SLIPPERY. The factory trigger pull isn’t terrible, but my bony fingers always ended up at the bottom of the trigger guard and constantly adjusting. The Apex kit fixed that. Installation was a pain with that one pin. I actually snapped one and had to buy a $3 part with $8 shipping Mag prices- I think they are $40+ for mags. Recoil. Whenever I decide to get rid of a pistol series, I do a side by side comparison with a shot clock. I don’t remember the splits, but they weren’t great compared to Glock or CZ, however better than Sig (dumped those too). I think bore offset plays a role, but can’t confirm. With the Tactical, that dot was bouncing all over the place. I can run a red dot Glock as fast as I can pull the trigger. Other than that, the 509 was 100% reliable and my Tactical ran great with and without a comp. If you’re not fanatical about other platforms, you’ll be fine.
  19. Nomad doesn’t pin/weld, unfortunately. Any other suggestions?
  20. I’ve used ADCO in the past. Would prefer to just do this locally, however, I don’t want it to look like crap. I hate an ugly pin/weld job. Just looking to pin a Surefire SOCOM flash hider to a 14.5” barrel. Any suggestions? Would love Murfreesboro, but can shoot over 840 and go up 65.
