What do you guys use?? The main features I would like to find is a one touch recording button that could activate it in my pocket without a lot of fumbling around. Rechargeable batteries would be nice. And obviously the ability to download to a computer. I looked at these briefly and the specs on the $49 ones don’t look a whole lot different than the $199 ones.

I rebuilt a basket case model 19. I glass beaded everything, and did all the metal work and polishing in preparation for bluing. I was looking for someone local to do the original deep (almost black) blue that S&W use to put on the model 19’s. Todd Watts in Christiana did the bluing. He did an excellent job I sent you a pm with his info if you want it. Here’s a pic before.... And after...... .

If there is enough damage/distortion to the metal to cause a FTF, you need to blend the ramp. That means you need to do more than polish. If you have a steady hand and a good eye; go for it. I would use some emery cloth with oil to blend out the problem area and then polish it. But I would not use a Dremel tool.

There is that “90% of the guns in Mexico" BS again.” Does the media not have a responsibility to at least attempt to get the facts straight? Would a fact checker not call the NRA on that 82% number? Also, WTF is a “crazy lar”? 34 people killed a day. The national safety council put that number out. The mayor added “Almost all with illegal handguns.” That’s mayor… get a clue. I am a former Police Officer and I have an idea on how to deal with the problem of cops being out gunned. But someone please tell me how outlawing firearms will do that. Will it work the same as outlawing drugs?

I’m not a lawyer, but I’ll give my opinion anyway. Is he in Tennessee? If not, you are out of luck; any orders would need to be issued in the state he is in. With no real threat that won’t happen. Has he communicated what a “reasonable person” would believe to be a threat that he is capable of or likely to act on? If this guy is committing a crime (or you think he is); you can have Officers come to your house and talk to you. Use the Police resources before spending money; they are free and deal with this stuff every day. Even if they can’t do anything, they can advise you of options and they will know who the best attorneys are in your area. Good luck.

Leaving under those circumstances would be admitting defeat; I’m not doing that. I may not like how some things are going, but we still have it better than any other country. As things get worse here, more and more patriots are standing up and more and more Americans are becoming informed of the problems; we’ll get the problems fixed. If you love your country step up and help. If you don’t… Canada has been accepting our rejects for decades; you will be fine there.

Good Grief… If I give you an example of when you are required by law to answer the Officers question (other than your identity or drivers license), and it is a violation of Tennessee law if you refuse to speak, and has been upheld by the SCOTUS; will you STFU about no one being able to quote any law to you that says you have to answer an Officers questions?

What you are posting it ridiculous. You obviously don’t have any legal knowledge so why don’t you quit giving advice. You have a 5th amendment right not to incriminate yourself in an interrogation. You do not have a right that says you do not have to answer questions during a traffic stop or in an investigation. Drunks usually either talk too much or don’t talk at all. The next time you decided to play deaf and dumb on a traffic stop and they get you out to give you field sobriety tests; continue mouthing off that you have a right to remain silent and let us know how that works out for you.

Why?? I would (and did) go with the .40S&W. The .357SIG has some advantages if you are cop. But the biggest drawback is the cost to shoot the .357SIG. They are both excellent carry rounds though.

Most people won’t shoot that many rounds in their life, and certainly not through one gun. I know we will have some bounce in here to let us know they shoot that much in a month; but keep in mind that’s at least $25K in ammo. Most of us go by … less than 500 they are like new; over 500 they are used.

Now they are Sheeple because they don’t stare and point? Certainly people notice that you are carrying…. They don’t care.

Then you have a bunch of resources available to you. There are lawyers that will be more than happy to take your money and file all the lawsuits you can afford. A right would be let’s say…. That you can display a communist flag; that is a right. A privilege would be to display it as an avatar on a privately owned forum as long as they allowed it. My right (in public) would be to point out what a loser you are by doing it. My privilege on a forum (I would hope) would be to post how it disgusts me. See how rights and privileges are different depending where you are?

2-3 weeks to get the shipping package and then 10-12 weeks for repairs. This a a massive recall.

Well almost twins. I went to Hero Gear today and picked up both the full size and Compact M&P .40. I’m not kidding you guys; there is no one around that has this kind of inventory. M&P’s were like 5 deep on racks and there a bunch or racks. It looked more like an armory than a gun store. Joe was so proud…. And wouldn’t you know it I walked right up to that counter and ask for two models that he didn’t have. But it’s all good; it worked out and I got a good deal. Thanks guys. New twins..... And here they are with the rest of the family. Yea we know one of the family doesn’t look like the rest; but we try not to talk about that much. x
