I don’t agree with term limits. The people should get to elect whoever they want as often as they want to keep them. It’s hard enough to find a politician you like, let alone finding a new one ever four years. Also, who could quit their job or leave their business knowing they would be out in four years? We already have a hard time finding good Presidential candidates because those that would be good at it; don’t want the job. At the Senator and Congressman level you would reduce the pool even more. A higher turnover rate is not the answer.

Please explain to us how you think anything good could come out of a revolution in this country. In your mind who comes out running the government? How will order ever be restored? What type of government will we have? What will happen to our economy? What will other nations do?

As far as double jeopardy goes …How?

It’s a sad day when people can openly commit conspiracy to kidnap and murder; and the Police do nothing. And you can’t blame that on Holder. Any law enforcement agency that had jurisdiction could have arrested those people. Those agencies don’t answer to Holder or Obama; they should be ashamed.

The only time I can remember seeing it done in my life was the Federal charges against the Rodney King cops. As you know in that case the Feds did not give a rip what the state court found or the verdict. They took them back to court and sent them to prison. It was double jeopardy then and it would be double jeopardy now. The American people stood silent in the King case because bad cops were convicted. They will stand silent in the Zimmerman case because they feel the same way. Personally, I don’t think he is going to do anything. He can’t at this moment throw up his hands and say the investigation is over; he will wait awhile. As long as a Federal investigation is on-going they can do what they like with the evidence. However, the county should make the Feds take possession of the evidence. Double jeopardy is double jeopardy and it is wrong. However, I think Zimmerman is guilty and I thought he would be in prison or looking at a retrial date by now. So obviously I could be wrong.

I doubt it. Anyone that takes up arms against Americans will experience the same fate that would happen to a foreign country if they tried it. They would be labeled as terrorists and if any of them are left alive they would spend the rest of their life in prison.   I don’t think there are many that would see what happens and decide it looks like a good idea.   Our country will not be taken by force. If we are going to change it, we are going to change it at the polls. Many have died protecting this country and there are millions still here that will not see it taken by force.

I have left an M&P in my car for several years, a black car with black interior parked in the sun all day. It gets so hot it’s hard to hold onto, but hasn’t melted or went off. Don’t leave a kydex holster in your car though; it won’t last one day.

I sometimes have pain in the ribcage area over my heart. The Doctors could not find out what it was, but said it was not my heart. One doctor said he was pleurisy in my lungs and treated it with antibiotics; but that wasn’t it. One evening I told my partner to take me back to the station, I needed some pain meds but couldn’t work while taking them, and I was going home. He stopped by his chiropractor’s office and we talked to him. He did an adjustment on my back and neck and had me relax there for 20 minutes. When I got up the pain was gone. He said it was probably a pinched nerve and when that happens you never know where the pain will present. Maybe a chiropractor could help you?
