  1. I may be wrong but I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone that has been in a face to face shootout with another person judge someone on their shooting.
  2. DHS has plans of controlling ammonium nitrate among other things and adding laws about explosives, it was scheduled for this summer. So if you are violating laws and posting it on the net you might get someone’s attention. It is my understanding right now it’s illegal to make it up unless you use it right then, so I guess some have a potential for having a problem.

  4. There is a reason DOG is GOD spelled backwards. Take her home and give her a home or keep her until you can find a good home for her.
  5.   The Governor is an educated person with a law degree. If he had meant “investigation” instead of “prosecution” he would have said that. If this clown had any aspirations of running with Clinton; thankfully they are gone now. If you want to turn a tragedy into a chance to further your political career you should choose your words carefully.
  6. The details of exactly what happened are sketchy and in dispute. What is not in dispute is that there was an altercation and a shot was fired in the car. I would guess that the Officer was scared to death and was in fear of his life. You can’t turn that off in a second. The other thing that is not in dispute is that the dead perp just committed a robbery and assaulted the store owner. So should we care that this criminal is dead? We should have no more concern for him than he had that he might injure or kill the store owner. I sincerely hope they don’t try to make an example out of this Officer for the sake of trying to keep other criminals from looting stores. (Stores that may well be owned by blacks or others that had nothing to do with what a cop did.)
  7. This is a case of getting all the justice you can afford. The Judge that denied her pre-trial diversion is the same Judge that approved it for Ray Rice after he knocked his wife unconscious and dragged her into an elevator; he was charged with aggravated assault. Let’s review… no intent, no violence= no pretrial diversion; Intent, violence= pretrial diversion. So what’s the difference? Money. I’m sure the Baltimore Ravens could afford a better attorney. The entire black community is up in arms and protesting because a cop shot a criminal that had just robbed a store and assaulted the owner, while this poor woman is being railroaded by the system. Our society is truly is bad shape.
  8. I’ll have to check that out. I have a Linksys WRT310N that I’m not using, maybe I can configure it for that. Thanks.
  9. They are claiming territory and they want a fight. These fat kids with rifles are a joke. This is what they told Sharpton about the St. Louis incident. The difference is in the Texas neighborhood they have no opposition. In St. Louis they will die where they make their stand. http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2014/08/14/New-Black-Panthers-to-Sharpton-NAACP-Dont-Bring-Your-Ass-To-St-Louis-Telling-Us-Not-To-Fight
  10. http://www.atk.com/ Owns most of the ammo companies and runs Lake City. Besides our handgun and rifle ammo, they make things like propulsion systems for hell fire missiles.
  11. As someone in the video said; it shows no respect for the people that live there.   Exactly.
  12. I already have wire ran, both cable and CAT 5 (just no ends ). I have what I consider to be a superfast internet connection on two desktops wired directly into the modem. If I moved the modem into the middle of the house and wired them back, would I have much loss? Up and over through the attic so probably 50, 60 feet.
  13. Anyone use one? My Comcast Modem/Router is at one end of the house and my bedroom is at the extreme other end, over 50 feet and 3 walls. My laptop can maintain a weak signal, but my tablet can’t. I wonder how these WiFi extenders would work. This is the one Comcast sells. http://store.comcast.com/universal-wifi-range-extender/detail.php?p=442584&v=comcast_accessories I like Linksys and this is what they have. (Don’t know if it’s compatible with Comcast stuff.) http://store.linksys.com/adapters/linksys-RE6500-range-extender_stcVVproductId160263573VVcatId554677VVviewprod.htm
  14. There are people that will come and get bees when they swarm. But I don’t know if anyone wants hornets?
  15. I recently got my second Beltman because I needed another color. I’m not aware of anywhere that you can see this caliber of belts in the MidState.
  16. Here's a comparison if you haven't seen it. http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2012/09/ralph/forty-five-face-off-springfield-armory-xd-s-vs-glock-36/
  17. He is about as high as you get on the violent racist lists. If they think because they are armed they can do what they want Quanell X and his followers will leave them lying in the street. I’m not sure how this tuned into a race boiling point or if it has. Are all these gun activists’ crackers?
  18. There won’t be any problems. I saw on the news today that Obama has stepped in and taken control; all will be fine.
  19. Open carry vs. the New Black Panthers? Someone has lost their mind. If there wasn’t such a potential for innocents to get hurt; that would be hilarious. They have come a long way from taking on Starbucks. Think someone should tell them how this will end?
  20. $750 shipped for a 357 Mag with a personalized serial number is a pretty good deal. Most stores are charging more than that and they are hard to find.
  21. The only place I’ve found anyone that has actually sent theirs back was in a thread at Snipers Hide. One guy said his took three weeks and one was five weeks that was around May; may be longer now. I’m not spending $150 on a trigger I don’t need, so I will send mine in and see what happens. A couple of guys said they got an email from Remington saying to expect 12 weeks; so who knows, since they don’t know how many rifles will come back it’s all guess work. I signed up on 8-4 and got the box on 8-11.
  22. As everyone else has said; you are under no legal obligation. However, you are only as good as your word. I would trade him back if that’s what he wants to do, even though you have no responsibility to do that. If I tell someone a gun works; it works. If I tell someone I will buy something; that’s the same as money in the bank, no backing out, no if ands or buts. I’m not required by law to do those things; I want to do them.
  23. If it has no problems and is as accurate as you want; then you have no reason to spend more on one. Now its time to get the rest of the M&P family. M&P10 M&P Full Size M&P Compact M&P Shield M&P22 rifle M&P22 pistol
  24. Yes, I’m giving them permission to monitor me. My car can save my life or a family member’s life by calling for help if I’m in a crash. My phone can be tracked if I call for help or need directions. I agreed to those terms and that is my right…. And I’m exercising it. I’m not giving up anything and I don’t think anyone forced anyone here to buy a cell phone or sign up for facebook. Technology is a wonderful thing; I enjoy it and I use it.
  25. Oh he probably will. When get gets out of school, gets a job, and has some disposable income he’ll find out that minimalist stuff sucks and he’s as materialistic as the rest of us.... And it’s more fun.
