  1. Thanks, I'll check them out.
  2. They are the U.S. Importer of the XD line. It is made by HS Produckt in Croatia.
  3. I voted this morning also. 4 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Sweet
  4. Then you probably have a broken spring or something is installed wrong and binding.
  5. When you push the hand in does it snap back? I would use this page to contact S&W; they will fix it. https://www.smith-wesson.com/customer-service/contact-us If you want to work on it yourself, Jerry Miculek made a DVD called “Trigger Job” that is excellent. It goes through each piece in K,L and N frames with explanations on what to look for. You don’t have to be doing an action job for it to be a valuable training tool.
  6. I’m starting the process of shopping for a shed. Wood, probably in the 14X20 with 8’ walls size. If you have had any experience with builders in my area; please let me know. Thanks.

    Cubs!

I don’t know. If the Cubs and the White Sox ever make it to a series; I will be there. Chicago is my favorite party town.
  8. If you are talking about Remora; I just bought two of them. They were $14.97 each and they sent a free mag holder. Two different holsters and a mag pouch for $36.68 with shipping. I haven’t done the heat forming of them yet. They do stick in the waist line, but they can stay with the gun when pulled. That may or may not cause a problem; depending on how fast you are. They are pretty minimal; but might work for the right application.
  9. Yes, they are legal in this state. They have plenty of them here; and probably have the best prices. http://www.bladehq.com/ I was looking for some auto knives in the $100 range. I bought a Kershaw launch 3 and a U.S. made Smith & Wesson M&P. http://www.bladehq.com/item--Kershaw-Launch-3-Automatic-Knife--27379 http://www.bladehq.com/item--Smith-Wesson-Military-Police--13611 The Kershaw was hands down the better knife. I just didn't like the shape of the handle, so a co-worker bought it. I also bought a $30 China made S&W and it is pretty cheap; but works. http://www.bladehq.com/item--Smith-Wesson-Extreme-Ops--1321
  10. It appears several of these are single cabins with nothing around them. https://www.airbnb.com/s/Nashville--TN?property_type_id[]=4&page=1&s_tag=nDDd5HSp&allow_override[]=
  11. Is there a single source? A lot of those look like new in the box.
  12. I would bet it will go over 3K. People get wrapped up in the bidding. I would assume right now these bids are just for the bidders to mark their items; the serious bidding will go down in the last few minutes.
  13. Prayers sent
  14. See if it will shine on my house over here in Murfreesboro.
  15. Waiting for review
  16. From eBay: If they run the bid up; they run the risk of getting stuck with fees. I think most of the time its just people that don't know not to run the bid up; hit it hard at the end.
  17. I didn’t know they were making them here; that’s great news. I wish the full size was made here. Now I can’t decide between the Compact and the SW22 Victory. Too many S&W’s; too little money.
  18. DPMS 308 GII Recon. Haven't taken any pics yet.
  19. 39-17-1323. Commission of certain offenses while wearing a body vest. (a) A person commits an offense who knowingly wears a body vest, when acting either alone or with one (1) or more other persons, while committing: (1) Any felony whose statutory elements involve the use or threat of violence to a human being; (2) Any burglary, car-jacking, theft of a motor vehicle, or arson; or (3) Any felony offense involving a controlled substance or controlled substance analogue. (b) For purposes of this section, a "body vest" means a bullet-resistant soft armor providing, as a minimum standard, the level of protection known as threat level I which shall mean at least seven (7) layers of bullet-resistant material providing protection from three (3) shots of one hundred fifty-eight-grain lead ammunition fired from a .38 caliber handgun at a velocity of eight hundred fifty feet (850') per second. (c) The unlawful wearing of a body vest is a Class E felony. (d) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the possession of a body vest for lawful purposes. (e) Any sentence imposed under this section shall run consecutively to any other sentence imposed for the conviction of the underlying offense. HISTORY: Acts 1997, ch. 321, § 1; 2012, ch. 848, § 23.
  20. This is a great video and the production is pretty amazing when you think about what was involved. There are 30 Artists/Groups in this video. Test your country music skills by seeing if you name them as they appear. Or if you think you are a country expert; see if you can name them as you hear them without looking at the video.
  21. I don’t live in Gallatin, but if I did I would stop in at Beretta and see if I could get an appointment with the Plant Manager or the Marketing Manager (if they have one at that facility) and see if they would be interested in either building a range or sponsoring a range. Can’t hurt to ask, and you may get some useful information. Since they have been in business for almost 500 years; they probably have some good information.
  22. Prices are pretty low right now; I don’t see them getting any lower than $600-700 for the entry level rifles. Just like gas; prices can jump overnight. I don’t expect a big jump because folks have figured out the President can’t ban guns. Sure it’s possible but with the recent SCOTUS rulings, unlikely. State laws will be the biggest deciding factors. I don’t think we have much to worry about in Tennessee. Now having said that, I wanted a new AR-10 so I got it a few weeks ago because the gun industry hosed us the last time; not the government. That could happen again.
  23. I have a rock solid 120 Mbps. At that speed; download speed is no longer an issue for web pages. But I still wait on some websites. David has posted here that he is in the process of changing the server. So until everything is established you may see slower speeds here than you saw before.
