Don’t wait, get a plate number, call the Police and have them send an Officer out. Unless you are missing him dropping off/picking up this is highly unusual behavior. They don’t need to have proof of a crime or wait for one to happen to go talk to him. Or with all that is going on with church shootings it may be a plain clothes cop. But I wouldn’t take the chance. No matter how prepared you are the shooter has the upper hand.

You guys seem to have a lot of problems with signs and postings. My eyesight must not be as good as yours.

I’m looking at the intent of the law as I would have as a Police Officer. The intent of the law is for you to be notified and allowed to immediately leave. I am basing that on “It is not an offense” and “who immediately leaves the premises upon being asked to do so.” A cop or DA could make a “letter of the law” argument like you are making for an arrest because the notification isn’t required and is vague; but I doubt it would stand in court by any Judge that didn’t want to be overturned.
-
No, as I posted above, anyone can ask you to leave.

"who immediately leaves the premises upon being asked to do so."

The people who elected Obama…twice, and voted for Hillary Clinton will seek out gun free zones. So I doubt they will go bankrupt. But that’s just a WAG.

The victims include a 15-year-old boy who was shot in the head but is expected to recover, said officials at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center. He was shot in the temple and was "extremely lucky" that the bullet missed vital structures, said Dr. Aaron Strumwasser, a trauma surgeon. The student remains in intensive care. A 15-year-old girl who was shot in the wrist also was hospitalized. Two other students, ages 11 and 12, suffered graze wounds and were treated and released, Strumwasser said. A 30-year-old woman suffered a minor injury in the chaos after the shooting, officials said.

Ammo seller to Las Vegas killer arrested on federal charge

If you think it’s a 2nd amendment case; so be it. It’s good he has a top 2nd amendment attorney. Maybe his case will overturn the law and the courts will rule that everyone has the right to manufacture armor piercing and incendiary ammunition. I did read the court documents. I don’t see anything saying none of his ammunition was fired, as only some, not all, samples were sent. I’m sure his attorney will say none of his ammo was fired; I would. Maybe he can convince a jury. Lucky Gunner was protected by the “Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act”. I’m sure his attorneys will try that also. I think it will boil down to him pleading out to whatever they want to stay out of prison. The person reasonable for all of this is dead. Most of the money from his estate will go to pay the lawyers. If anything is left it will go to the victims’ families. I suspect anyone that can remotely be tied to this in any way will either settle or pay for a legal defense. -

Unless there is solid proof none of it could have been used; there will be a civil suit. He has a job and a lawyer somewhere will want to take his money. If they prove he was manufacturing ammo illegally the punitive damages award would be high if it went to court. This isn’t a 2nd amendment case; he will need a good criminal defense attorney and a good civil lawyer to stay out of prison and have anything left. Heck, it didn’t take but about a week for the lawsuits to start against Mandalay Bay, and they are victims also. -
It appears to me that it would stop those that immediately leave from being arrested. It wouldn’t help those that want to have an argument/discussion about posting or whether or not their sign is legal. It doesn’t have any requirements on who has to ask you, so until there is some case law I would say it could be a the owner, employee, customer, stranger walking by or a Police Officer. The intent of the law appears to be to make you aware you are in violation. I would also say there is a very good possibility that if the owner called the Police your request to leave may well be accompanied with a Trespass Warning.

It went off and shot 5 people?

I sometimes don’t know which is more comical, some of these so called “innovations” or some of the ATF interpretations.

Or how they find their way to work.

What? Say it ain’t so, Joe, say it ain’t so!

Those pictures of the hits on the fuel tanks confused me. A normal rifle round would not leave marks like that; even armor piercing. What left those burn marks? -

"What (Paddock) bought was surplus US military tracer ammunition," Haig said. "600 rounds, 7.62mm NATO M62, manufactured by Lake City. 120 rounds, 5.56mm M196, manufactured by Lake City, in the original packaging." http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/37418990/fbi-stephen-paddock-wasnt-the-only-one-who-bought-illegal-ammo-from-doug-haig -
I hope they reopen the process. The M&P was kicked because it was the only American Made gun in the process, and the President didn’t want that. The President we have now goes by “Hire American, Buy American, America First” So Glock, Beretta, and Sig can show up for the competition but they won’t beat out the S&W/GenDyn M&P if judged on performance, and if it’s picked on politics they don't need to bother with showing up.

Could be that he was manufacturing or importing ammo; which does require a license… don’t know. -
I don’t think you offended anyone; certainly not me. I just don’t think I should get special treatment because I’m part of a special group that bought a privilege from the state. The state thinking that me buying that privilege somehow overrides business owners rights would be the sign of a thug government. That’s just how I see it; we disagree. No big deal; all is good.

The stories aren’t clear, but I don’t think armor piercing or tracers had anything to do with it, that’s just hype for the story. I think they nabbed him for selling ammo, just as they would have if they decide someone is selling too many guns. The ammo was Lake City, probably surplus stuff. -
A ploy to get out of paying or just someone with mental problems? Supposedly this is a response from corporate… This publicly traded company has 5 restaurant brands: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Roy’s http://www.2acheck.com/boycott-bloomin-brands/

Selling ammo as a "hobby" could cost this guy 5 years of his life. He will be extremely lucky if they don't make an example out of him. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/02/02/charges-for-man-who-sold-las-vegas-gunman-stephen-paddock-ammunition.html

SUMMARY OF ORIGINAL BILL: Requires any person or entity that posts signage prohibiting the possession of firearms on a property, for purposes of liability, to accept custodial responsibility for the safety and defense of any handgun carry permit holder harmed while on the posted property. Sets statute of limitations for such an action to be two years from the date of the occurrence. Mandates that any notice or signage posted forbidding handgun carry permit holders from possessing a firearm must also contain language stating that any permit holder on the posted property is under the custodial responsibility of the posting person or entity. SUMMARY OF AMENDMENT (013338): Deletes all language of the original bill. Creates immunity from civil liability for a person, business, or other entity that owns, controls, or manages property, and has the authority to prohibit weapons on such property by posting signage pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1359, with respect to any claim based on the person’s, business’s or other entity’s failure to adopt a policy prohibiting weapons on the property. Specifies that the immunity granted under this legislation does not apply to a person, business, or other entity whose conduct or failure to act is the result of gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct.
