  1. Call Chiappa and ask them to replace the sight.  Be sure to tell them "they're idiotic scumbags".   Let us know how you make out.
  2. I would spend a lot of time on this site:   http://bythom.com/   Thom Hogan is a Nikon shooter who tells it like is.
  3. I believe Levi Strauss ranks right up with Ben & Jerry with respect to Second Amendment rights.
  4. Full Size - CZ-75B SA w/Kadet Kit   Compact - CZ -PCR   Best of all - Dan Wesson Guardian in 9mm.  Most accurate handgun I have ever shot.
  5. My schedule A is defined in my trust as a listing of all property delivered to the trustee as of the date of trust adoption.  There was no property delivered to the trustee on that date.  Accordingly, my schedule A is blank.  Property delivered to the trustee subsequent to my trust adoption date has been accomplished via a simple assignment to trust form included with each Form 4 and Form 1 submission. Bills of Sale for my NFA items are in the name of my trust and and all items paid for with a check drawn on my NFA Trust account.  I will have no problems proving trust ownership.
  6. Good quality standard velocity ammo (1080fps).  Had a brick and it cycled my Ruger Mark III 4" with suppressor just fine.  Just as accurate as CCI Standard Velocity.   Don't know why it says optimized for bolt action.
  7. Prince Law Firm Posting  - 20 minutes ago   http://blog.princelaw.com/2014/12/26/whoops-we-atf-did-it-again-arbitrary-determinations-over-the-sig-brace/
  8. NORTH CAROLINA FIREARMS LAWS ROY COOPER ATTORNEY GENERAL NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE LAW ENFORCEMENT LIAISON SECTION REVISED September 2014 Publication Website: http://www.ncdoj.com   Page 28 6. Going Armed To The Terror Of The People By common law in North Carolina, it is unlawful for a person to arm himself/herself with any unusual and dangerous weapon, for the purpose of terrifying others, and go about on public highways in a mariner to cause terror to others. The N.C. Supreme Court states that any gun is an unusual and dangerous weapon for purposes of this offense. Therefore, persons are cautioned as to the areas they frequent with firearms.
  9. In North Carolina he could be charged with "Going Armed To The Terror Of The People".
  10. San Francisco Bay French Roast, sold at Costco.  32.5 cents per cup.
  11. 9mm AR Pistol, suppressed with Sig Brace.
  12. S&W 686 or 686 Plus, 4 inch.  Good for the range. Great on the trail or in the stream, especially in a Simply Rugged Chester Puller rig.
  13. Bud's has it in stock on line, as of 5 minutes ago:   Bud's Item Number: 66220
  14. I use these on my 23:   https://www.trijicon.com/na_en/products/product1.php?id=HDNS   The rear sight U combined with the large orange dot makes for fast acquisition.  If you want to try them out in Knoxville, send me a PM.
  15. Looks like a new registration system went into effect in August.  Registration renewal forms are printed "on demand" rather than mailed ahead of time.  License plate decals are printed with the registration and now include the vehicle plate number on the decal.  No place for registrant signature.  How about that.   I
  16. Lower right, above County Clerk's Name.  Block says "Registrant sign here".
  17. My trust, at the recommendation of my attorney, does not use a schedule A.  I must, however, file a separate assignment form for each item transfered in to the trust.  Using a schedule A, requires the trust to be amended each time an item is transferred in or out of the trust.  Also, I have other non-NFA items in my trust.  A list of those items is no business of the BATFE.
  18. How about the 5330.20, Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B)?
  19. I am looking for another bolt .22. Out of the box, my CZ shot 1 MOA and my Savage shoots a little better.  What kind of accuracy are you obtaining with the Ruger?  I see they are available with a threaded barrel at a very attractive price.
  20. I used Pendergrass to resole a pair of Red Wings.  They did a great job and I will use them again..  Cost $75.00, 6 or 7 years ago.  Red Wing wanted over $100.00.
  21. A common problem.   Ruger will send you a new pin or you can buy one of these and never have it happen again.   https://www.tandemkross.com/LCP-Tool-less-Takedown-Pin_p_106.html?avad=48247_c62c6827&utm_source=AvantLink
  22. If it would help, I'll be happy to strip the bolt from my 9mm CMMG and measure the firing pin length, etc.  Have you removed and inspected your firing pin/spring?
  23. I have 3 CMMG AR rifles.  Not top shelf, but accurate and 100% reliable.   My pre-sale questions were directed to tech support and promptly answered via telephone.  Call them and discuss your problem. From what you have described the worst that may happen is you will have to send the bolt back.   From CMMG's website:   CMMG Lifetime Quality Guarantee CMMG, Inc. will guarantee its products against defects in material or workmanship.  CMMG, Inc. will repair, replace or substitute part(s) (at CMMG, Inc. discretion) at no charge to the customer if a defect of material or workmanship is found. All service work must be carried out by CMMG, Inc.
  24. Placed an order with Freedom Munitions at 07:23 this morning.  Shipping confirmation, with tracking number, received at 12:07 this afternoon.   I 'm impressed!
  25. Another suggestion......   Davidson's offers a lifetime guarantee through their dealers to the first owner.  Did the lifetime guarantee paperwork accompany the firearm?  If not, you may wish to call Davidson's to see if it has already been registered.
