I looked at ebay for a 44 Marlin size/decap die. Then looked at Titin for a set. Price comparison would be cheaper for the set and easier to sell later. Looked at Forster for a 444 Marlin pilot, $15 plus shipping. Thought they had a set too, nope. Won the bid on ebay for a set of 11 pilots and 2 collets for $37 with free shipping. The die set got to my post office Saturday and out for delivery. Alert, delivery next business day. The pilots are out for delivery today, dies show the same as Saturday. I'm looking at 2 sites for more 410 brass.

Welcome for Horn Lake, MS. I've past the Bucksnort exit to and from Nashville many times. Have never stopped to see what Bill Dance Trot Farm has become. -
Yep, that's what I figure she's doing. My son said she could apply to Medicare as a caregiver and get a paycheck. My first infusion I wore street clothes with PJ pants under them. It was super cold in the room and the blankets weren't enough. He went for an electric throw that helped a lot. Now I keep the PJ pants with sweatpants over them, boot socks, Tee shirt and flannel shirt. A Lewis & Clark field jacket, knit cap, the throw and a blanket over my feet. I stay pretty warm with all that. The jacket came as a set with a waterproof over coat and hood. It's a large size set, just wearing the over coat it looks like a 4 X large. Sam's had the jacket/coat set for $40 about 20 years ago. Best $40 I ever spent for cold weather. About the same time I got the jacket a small sporting goods store went out of business. Think they name was Fur and Fin. They had a knit cap that would cover your face with a large hole for your eyes, helps if you wear glasses. In the mouth area was something to help keep you warm inside while breathing. Stretching the material a bit it looked like a copper pot scrub pad between w layers of knit material. Does great if you're a mouth breather, not so much if you're a nose breather. It is easy to make with a scarf, pot scrub and a patch over it. I made one for work so I wouldn't mess up the one for hunting.

Next chemo infusion is 1/21 and you know what the outdoor temp will be. I'll be wearing an extra layer to stay warm while outdoor and might help during the treatment. Here's something that in my brain late yesterday and I don't care for it. Small businesses and others that charge a card user fee I pay with cash to save me or them the 4% charge. I sent $60 with my granddaughter to pay a $55 water bill. I sent my card with her to pay the $288 electric bill at Kroger. I got the bank statement yesterday. I have a $55 and $2 charge for the water bill. The $288 charge for the electric bill, which is fine and $22 charge at Freddie's. I've wanted to go there since they opened near us but with the eating disorder I've stayed away. Guess she thinks I wouldn't find it.

On the last head doctor visit I was shown the MRI taken that morning. The tumor is gone. I can't do much since the wife keeps the house cold. Only 2 places I can stay warm is the bathroom and bed. With the weight loss and chemo I stay cold all the time. I'm sleeping in fleece pants and flannel shirt, on an electric mattress pad set on 5 and under an electric blanket set on 3, sometimes I wake up cold and increase their heat. My son bought an electric heat throw on the first chemo treatment and it help a lot while taking the drugs. My hands stay white and cold, my feet stay cold.

It's been a while for an update. Tumors are caused by a cancer. The head doctor sent me to West clinic to be checked out. Since I was having a hard time eating a Petz tube was implanted. That took 4 months, 5 hospital visits for the right doctor to get it done. More doctor and hospital bills. West clinic doctor says I have esophagus cancer. I could get food to where the cancer is located, but not into my stomach. Finally got a Petz scan and a port in my left should for infusions. They started every 2 weeks at the first of December. My first meal I could eat was New Years Day, peas, cabbage, ham hock and cornbread. Tiny bites and lots of chewing to make it fine. Soak the cornbread in the peas made it easier. I ended up cooking 3 pans of cornbread and 3 pots of peas. Friday, with lots of snow coming down I cooked a pot of mild chili and more cornbread. No problem eating, just small bites and lots of chewing. 2- 2 quart containers in the freezer and 2 in the fridge after I had 2 bowls for dinner. I finished off the fridged one's last night. Monday I'll go to West clinic for my 5th infusion. They start about 9 or 10 am and finish about 4 pm. I wear a portable IV pump home and a return visit to have it removed 2 days later. Both days wear me out. I'm not ready to do anything until Saturday or Sunday. The first visit of December I was down to 99 pounds. I'm up 120 today. Weak, I do very little around here and lots of naps.

Late call yesterday. I go to West clinic in Southaven Monday for a visit. Tuesday I go to Vascular Interventional Physicians. They'll use radiation to install the feeding tube.

The gastro doctor gave me a cleanout drug to be taken 9/24 and 25th for the 9/26 pet scan and scope. That stuff is a nasty sweet fruit flavor with lots of salt. 1 pack of mix in 16 oz of water, refill the jar with 16 oz water and drink it. I got 4 sips down on the 24th. Dranked lots of water after. Opened the box on the 25th, I dranked lots of water instead. The scope didn't happen on the 26th. October 3rd, at the hospital for a feeding tube implant. Nope, stomach isn't where it's supposed to be. Afraid he'll hit the heart or lung. He expanded my esophagus so I can eat. Nope, I gagged on a grape. Waiting for more info within the week.

Tuesday the dermatologist removed a cyst about as large as my thumb from my right shoulder blade. Sleeping isn't fun right now. The PT doctor wants to know if an xray of my back has been made. None that I know of. Couldn't eat breakfast or dinner.

I went through about 15 appliance repair websites. Most want your money before answering your question. I found that the start button doubles as the error reset button. I held it in for 10 seconds and the error was gone and the washer is working right again. Visit with the PT yesterday. Says my back has a twist. Wants to see an xray but can't order one. Will call one of the other doctors and might get one. Selling brass casings cheap I got from the range. One order to fill and I'll be out of most.

Double probe at Gastro One is set for 9/26. I can call and check on openings between now and then. I have a 9 day count down on the drug pack they sent me. West clinic visit is set for 10/7, might get to change it too. I loaded the washer yesterday. Hit the power button and the selection I wanted, the light went out. CLn is on the display. The washer started without hitting the start button. After washing for 30 minutes I unplugged it. Let it set for 2 hours and plugged it back in. Hit the power button and it starts washing without hitting the start button. The door is locked, can't get to the data plate for the model number. I'll be clearing a path to get it outdoors. Lowes and Home Depot have the Entergy Star on sale today. Order one and wait for delivery.

Thanks Ken, guess I won't be there.

Gastro One needs a release from my heart doctor before test can be set up. For some reason they sent it to the wrong doctor. I can't remember if his name was ever asked. I don't know if there's a doctor by that name at Stern's in the Memphis area. Don't know why the crew at Stern's didn't look at my name and DOB and transfer it to my doctor. Now I'm over a week behind on tests.

I made it through the gamma knife yesterday. My head is a little sore where the screws of the halo were set. Still waiting on Gastro One to call for test.
