I can refer you to a lawyer who is more than capable of handling this. PM me if you want his contact information.

You were using a PayPal debit card at a brick and mortar store, right? They have no way of knowing what you are buying, they just know that you're buying from a FFL dealer. I'm sure if they could somehow magically verify what you were buying from the store with your card, they would have OK'd it. If you go to OpticsPlanet right now and order those same laser grips, you can use Paypal and it will go through. Ask me how I know. (I've ordered CT grips from OpticsPlanet using Paypal before and had zero problems) EDIT... n/m I misread and thought you were ordering CT grips. I have no idea of OP has regular Hogue grips or not. But if they do, they accept Paypal and I know it will go through.

Paypal can be used for firearms related gear and accessories but not for firearms themselves. This is nothing new. Frankly were I in their position I'd probably consider adopting the same decision since the government could potentially hold them liable for facilitating illegal firearms purchases. The problem isn't so much Paypal as it is the fact that we've allowed our society to become overly litigious.

I carry my G19 inside the waistband in a Comp-Tac MTAC holster. Super comfortable and very concealable.

Tennessee Restaurant Carry Legislation Expected to be Heard, Wednesday April 8 Please contact the Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee Today! Senate Bill 1127, sponsored by State Senator Doug Jackson (D-25), is expected to be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, April 8. SB 1127 would allow a person with a handgun carry permit to carry in restaurants that serve alcoholic beverages as long as that person is not consuming alcoholic beverages and the restaurant is not an age-restricted venue. Please contact members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and ask them to pass a clean bill free of any arbitrary restrictions on where and when a permit holder may carry. Its House companion, House Bill 962 , passed the House Floor on Monday, April 6 by a vote of 70 to 26. Unfortunately, HB 962, sponsored by State Representative Curry Todd (R-95) was amended with language that will prevent a Right-To-Carry permit holder from carrying in a restaurant that serves alcohol between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. NRA is working to get all restrictions, other than a prohibition on alcohol consumption, removed from this legislation. Again, please contact the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and respectfully ask them to pass a clean bill free of any arbitrary restrictions on where and when a permit holder may carry. Contact information for Committee Officers and Members are listed below. TGO Car Guys... Local photos of a 2010 Ford Mustang GT factory car!
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in General Chat
Nope... I was late for a meeting and didn't ask. -
*** THREAD CLOSED *** Unfortunately some of the folks participating in this thread didn't bother to pay attention to the TGO Code of Conduct when they registered, otherwise they would have remembered that we do not allow profanity or indecent material posted in the common areas of this site. There is a Ready Room forum where we allow certain things to slide for our supporting members. Even there we have rules that must be followed. This thread will remain closed for a period of time, the length of which is up to me, so that everyone can re-familiarize themselves with our Code of Conduct. Thanks.

What's your personal take on the fact that a large percentage of it is polymer? Ruger claims that it helps offset some of the recoil that would otherwise be transmitted to the hand via a metal body. I think it's going to flex like there's no tomorrow with a +P round in the chamber.

TGO Car Guys... Local photos of a 2010 Ford Mustang GT factory car!
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in General Chat
They still haven't been released for sale. This was a factory demo car. -
I'd be happy to let either of you guys try it out with a .357 Mag round sometime, but you have to swear you won't drop it if it stings a little.

Will do. As a side note, Authorized Vendors are able to add calendar events and bypass the moderation queue. TFA could easily become a vendor here!

Goodtogo™ On a serious note, guys let's be civil here. There's no need to be critical of anyone else's alertness provided that they are being alert in the first place. I'm more worried about the guy who bumbles through life in "Condition Green" all the time. Thanks.

My first Glock...My head is already swelling.
TGO David replied to Ghooge2008's topic in Show and Tell
I love my Glocks. Welcome to the Dark Side. -
Am I misreading this or did you essentially take it upon yourself to tell this organization to post better signs so that any loophole that may have existed to allow carry will be removed?

vbClassified Software -- Keep it or kill it?
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in Feedback and Support
No, it just has a feedback forum that I set up for that purpose. I could do that here as well and will if we ditch vbClassified. What everyone else is talking about here is the eBay style feedback ratings that appear beneath people's names when they post. -
On private property you will just be asked to leave. If you refuse or if you come back, you can be charged with trespassing. This does not apply on State or Federal property, schools, or where alcohol is served for consumption.

Thought for the day... You've taken the pain to get your HCP. You paid to take the class, you sat through that god-awful movie, you shot accurately enough to pass the practical exam and you paid Cesar his due. You're probably a pretty law abiding person. So STOP FEELING GUILTY WHEN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO CARRY. Keep it hidden, keep quiet, stop asking the police if it's OK for you to do what it's OK for you to do... and go about your life.
