1. If you have a Target or Super Target near you, the sporting goods department sells light weight kettle bells.
2. Eddie! Man, seeing you on here today lifted my spirits. I hope you're doing well.
3. Thanks. It was a neat little trick that I saw on another forum and immediately knew it would be useful for us here too.
4. I'm adding this new thread (with a new poll) because we now have official flyers and more information is forthcoming in the next week or so regarding the lineup of who will be attending. As that information is confirmed, I will be adding it to the first post in this thread and then bumping the thread with an indication pointing back to Post #1. If you all wouldn't mind voting again to RSVP, it would be appreciated by those who will be preparing food for the day I'm sure.
5. Celebration Of Liberty Saturday, October 17, 2009 - Christiana, Tennessee Presented by: TNGunOwners.com, The Outpost Armory and Barrett Firearms, Inc. This event will... Be a joint production of Tennessee Gun Owners, The Outpost Armory and Barrett Firearms. Be held just outside of Murfreesboro, Tennessee on the grounds of The Outpost Armory right near Barrett Firearms. Be held this October on Saturday the 17th from 11:00am - 3:00pm Involve food and activities for the whole family! Have guest speakers, including members of Tennessee's legislature and other elected representatives. Doorprize drawings! This event is being planned as a way for TGO members from across Tennessee (and elsewhere!) to assemble, meet each other and also meet the elected officials who are shaping policy now and will be shaping policy in the months and years ahead... and to meet in a semi-informal setting much like the old fashioned "Tree Stump" rallies of years past. Your elected Representatives want to meet with you! Would you attend? Reply back and let us know! Also, be sure to download the official event flyer...

I'm wary of any company that produces a shoddy product and then suddenly changes their name and/or the name of the product. It always seems like them trying to reinvent their reputation through shady means.
7. What he said.
8. Bow chicka bow bow
9. On private property and for certain events, yes I will OC depending on the situation.
10. Rollins is one reason that I think this season is going to kick a lot of ass.
11. I agree that Jax's first visit with Tom Arnold wasn't severe enough. It struck me afterward as being nothing more than a plot-line setup for the return visit and a way to burn some extra time in this episode. Samcrow has a reputation for being a little less forgiving than that. As for Gemma keeping it to herself, I'm really not sure what to make of that. On one hand it is going to make for some good tension this season. On the other hand, I really don't find it very believable. One would think that there wouldn't be a Nord member left alive 24hrs later in Charming once she was discovered and word got back to the club. Again, just another setup for the plot of this season.
12. Matthew, We're happy to help you get the word out. --David
13. Nice SIG.
14. Your Moderator status is now under review.
15. Mr. Costa looks a little GTG in that picture too.
16. We went to recon this show and found about what we expected. Not a whole lot. I did meet a nice fellow selling some firearm themed T-shirts, and invited him to come and be a vendor at the Guns & Gear Expo in December.
17. I really should make that other picture your new avatar though.
18. Just to prove that Hatmaker didn't mean to do it... Rewrite engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia That explains the server trickery behind it. Many of you have probably seen instances of mod rewrite at work before when an image was pulled from Photobucket or a hosting account exceeded it's monthly allocation of bandwidth, and a little image was shown (instead of the photo) that said something about image removed or bandwidth exceeded. Unfortunately there are some folks out there who think it's more entertaining to put a nasty photo in place of a warning.
19. My 'net connection is really slow today. I deleted them, finally... but made a copy in the Staff area so that we can continue to shame Hatmaker for it.
20. I want to delete this... but I don't.
21. Significantly better choice than the Taurus. Congrats!
22. Threads asking for a valuation are OK outside the Trading Post so long as they do not indicate or evolve into intent to sell. This one needs to either stay topical or it needs to move into a Trading Post thread. Thanks.
23. No Army of Darkness, no care. Wait... what? I thought it was supposed to be Andy Dick in drag. I had no idea they were trying to pass her off as a chick.
24. SOA is the only reason to own a TV this fall. But... Burn Notice? Seriously? You guys who like that show can get a condensed fix of gay just by renting a Richard Simmons video.
25. Strick, I had no idea you were in East Ridge. How long have you lived there?
