  1. I'd love to help but I'm absolutely covered up with things right now.
  2. Whatever man...
  3. Yeah, and I'm not real happy about this. Pre-enjoyed in your mind apparently means you choked them. I knew you were a freak, but I had no idea you were into auto-erotic asphyxiation.
  4. Man I was able to carry in restaurants that serve booze in Kentucky for the past 15 years. Couldn't do that in Tennessee until just recently. So what happens in Georgia really doesn't have anything to do with what happens here.
  5. No, that is the forum stating that people cannot post an HTML formatted message. Try viewing it in Internet Explorer and see if it works for you.
  6. Weird. All is still working here as normal. I'd try clearing the browser cache, rebooting, turning around once and hopping on one foot for 5 mins.
  7. Mike, nothing's changed here at all. Have you changed anything on your computer lately? New web browser, antivirus, antispam, banner blocker, etc. ?
  8. Walmart is doing like Amazon now in the sense that they allow third parties to sell through their online store. I doubt they actually carry caskets.
  9. Not to be a wet blanket, but an emergency protective order (EPO) is really only good for people who heed such decrees and for evidence of your own fear of bodily harm or death when you end up having to remove someone under an EPO from the food chain. An EPO doesn't magically prevent someone from trying to do you harm. You guys are lucky that this person was sane enough to fear incarceration and stay away per the EPO. Had he not been quite so stable, the EPO may have angered him even more and resulted in him using your workplace as a shooting alley. It's the typical fallacy in the idea of a "Gun Free Zone". The only people who care about that are law abiding, sane people.
  10. Why were they so specific about this with her? Did she ask? Did someone spot her carrying? Or are you just relating part of what the employee handbook says?
  11. Pretty similar to Tennessee. They honor our HCP. Read more here: http://www.handgunlaw.us/states/georgia.pdf
  12. I'm not going to debate the probable outcome of a lawsuit. One method (stopping them at the doorstep) will result in either incarceration or suicide-by-cop depending on how violently you resist. The other method (through the courts) will result in either success or failure. You can choose whichever you want. There's no disgrace for me in living to fight another day.
  13. I made an error in the quantity... Small is in stock. We have 5 of them (well, 4 because I pulled one for you). If you want it, just paypal me the $6.00 to support@tngunowners.com and I'll combine the shipping.
  14. Thanks! We need to make sure and support businesses (like yours) that support the cause, not just take away business from those who don't.
  15. And now we venture from the realm of fact into the realm of personal opinion...
  16. We have the official Second Or None event T-shirts on sale in the TGO Store. If you missed the event, this is your chance to get them while supplies last! Sizes available are: Small Medium Large 1XL 4XL Cost is only $6.00 and they will include a bumper sticker with each shirt, while supplies last.
  17. That's it. I'm moving to Montana.
  18. Received the PM you sent to me. Please refer to the announcements forum. Also... you have to toggle a check-box at the bottom of your PM in order to retain it in your Sent Items folder. We do that by default because people tend to forget to empty it and then wonder why they can't send any more PMs.
  19. I had a similar problem with an M&P 9mm Compact. It ended up being a weak spring on the slide release lever that wasn't holding the lever down as it should. S&W serviced it free of charge, including shipping both ways. I'd recommend contacting their customer service department and having your SW99 sent back for a checkup.
  20. If you keep stowing your firearm in the glovebox with your proof of insurance and registration, and you begin omitting that little detail when a cop asks you for those other two items... be sure to let us know how it works out for you!
  21. I call this a compromise. The officer left the weapon in plain sight where both he and the weapon's owner could see it. No cries of the officer taking the firearm back to his squad car and running the serial number or fondling it in an inappropriate manner. Likewise, the officer could see where the firearm was and clearly would notice if the owner were suddenly going for the gun. Maybe I'm just trying to see the positives in this, but it sure seems like some of you are damned and determined to see the negatives.
  22. I keep telling Joe that he needs to market Dirka Dirka Jerky made completely from camel meat, but he won't go for. We would love to expand the concept and take it to other cities but right now we're focusing on getting it off the ground locally first.
  23. I wouldn't mix and match my sights unless I was 100% sure that the elevation was exactly the same on both and that the firearm's point of impact matched the point of aim resulting from your sight config.
