  1. I'm not sure if you are intentionally trying to be obtuse about this or if you are really just not capable of digesting what has already been told to you by those in this thread. Either way, the matter you are asking about is one that if you get it wrong, you will go to Federal Prison for it. Don't get it wrong. I would suggest that you find a local dealer of NFA items and ask them to do all of this for you. I have zero confidence in your ability to comprehend what has been told to you so far, and I'm afraid that if you are honestly having this much difficulty tracking, you're setting yourself up for legal problems. If you're just trolling the forum to aggravate people who have been trying to help you, then I've got no time for that either. And yeah, I've done a Form 1 before. It wasn't rocket surgery.
  2. Walk into any Harley dealership right now and you'll find that there aren't many new bikes being sold. Go to a bank right now and you'll find that not many loans are being given out for used vehicles. The individual with a "toy" bike or car or truck or boat or whatever may not be able to sell it because the people with money are sitting on it, and the people without money aren't being given any loans. God forbid the guy with the "toy" has a lean on that item and is upside down on the note. If he does, he's almost guaranteed not to be able to sell it anytime soon. Hell, a lot of banks aren't even in a hurry to repo cars or foreclose on houses right now just because they know they're going to be stuck with those items if they do. People. Aren't. Buying. Makes it hard to sell your toy when that's the case.
  3. I like the idea. But... my rule for adding forum sections is that they must generate enough traffic, averaged out over the span of a year, to support the need for it to exist. We actually have several topic-oriented forums right now that I don't feel like meet that criteria, but I leave them because they are relevant to the intended purpose of the TGO forum in its entirety. Do you anticipate that this would be something that would "carry its weight" so to speak?
  4. I had one of these but a co-worker at my last job stole it.
  5. That's the little creep!
  6. Perfect for the Militant Islamic Squirrel problem.
  7. Shoot more. You'll toughen up and not even notice it after a while.
  8. I'll add you to the on-call rotation. The pay sucks but you'll get to restart things.
  9. For future emergencies and to keep people from throwing themselves off the ledges of society... please save the attached file and print it out. When TGO is offline for maintenance or as a result of Militant Islamic Squirrels, print out the attached file and tape it over your computer monitor. Leave it there until the panic subsides.
  10. It may have been Militant Islamic Squirrels. They are becoming a problem in some parts of the country. I haven't ruled out any possibilities yet.
  11. I am investigating why this happened. At present I have no information to give.
  12. I'm pretty sure we've already elected a Muslim President.
  13. Wow, that's pretty unforunate about VOW. I had asked them to consider coming to the Expo in December because they typically have a very nice display at the gun shows. The owner said that they were too busy now and weren't doing any more gun shows than the ones they were already committed to. I didn't really buy that excuse, but whatever.
  14. Thanks for the email. We're definitely compiling a list and will be getting in touch with some folks soon.
  15. I could not in good conscience spend that much on a SCAR when the AR platform is still extremely viable and much cheaper. Not knocking Hatmaker's choice of doing so; God knows I've spent some stupid amounts of money on cool toys in the past. The economy just has me looking at these things a lot differently lately.
  16. Renter's insurance, renter's insurance, renter's insurance.
  17. UPS has destroyed or lost more of packages than I care to think about. FedEx always has seem to had their stuff together but they are a little more expensive. I've seriously had no problems with USPS.
  18. Privatization could maybe turn the post office around, but I'm not sure it is something the American public care enough about to suffer through the inevitable bumps along the way if it were to happen. Just my minor bit of exposure to shipping items through the USPS as a result of selling TGO hats and stuff has lead me to believe that they do have a viable product, but their profitability is hampered by the typical government excess and somewhat lethargic employees.
  19. Crazy. I wonder how many were unemployed vs. how many presently have jobs.
  20. This is the link I got back by email... Genuine Nissan Parts :: Sentra Parts (B15U) 2000-2006 :: Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com Good luck.
  21. Give me an exact list of what parts you know you need. He may in turn have me put you in touch with a supplier at a different dealership. There's one in Texas that I have used for Nissan parts before and they came in at under half what the locals wanted.
  22. What model and year Nissan? I have a friend who is a Nissan Ninja; he can probably come up with the part you need for less than the dealership charges.
  23. Or you could avoid it entirely by not buying a junky Taurus and spending your money on something less likely to need a return to the factory.
  24. Nope... that's Metalhead in the black balaclava sending Hatmaker home from the store with his new SCAR.
