  1. AR15 PIVOT PIN TOOL — REAL AVID® - Worth its weight in gold.
  2. @MacGyver you need this.
  3. I have kept a few handguns in .40SW because the ammo has always been plentiful. People have derided the caliber for not being 9mm or .45ACP, but it saw plenty of actual and effective use by law enforcement and proved that it was a capable round. Law Enforcement trade-in Glock 22 and 23 models are a good purchase, as long as the price is reasonable. For a while there you could snag them for right between $300-400, but I have noticed that the prices are creeping back up as supply begins to wind down. Another reason to like those two Glocks is that all it takes is a drop-in barrel to have a .357SIG option in your collection. That's another round that doesn't get a lot of love these days, but the muzzle velocity and ballistic gel data aren't anything to sneer at.
  4. I honestly think I like this 407K more than I like the 507K that I have on my Staccato C2. I prefer the larger dot.
  5. Nah I really need to divest at this point. BUT... buy this one and then sell yours!
  6. I'll be in Nashville near the airport tomorrow (Tues) and Wednesday. I could make this really easy for you!
  7. I hear ya. Well, when you realize that you need a striker-fired non-Glock non-VP9 to accompany that P-07, check back here.
  8. Someone needs this M&P way more than I do. Now that I've done all of the hard with Smith & Wesson for you, it is in prime condition and ready to make Glock fanboys jealous. Do not buy this if you think the VP9 is the best thing ever. It will ruin that for you.

Putting a dot on a Beretta 92 does seem a bit like fuel-injecting a Model-T Ford, but the dot is life.
  10. Yep. I've got a new Holosun 407K green dot sitting on my desk just waiting for it.
  11. I'd probably enjoy my work if I were in marketing. Now... what's it going to take to bring you over to the dark side on this one?
  12. Don't resist it. This is the best thing for people who don't want a Glock!
  13. 100% agree! I've been carrying my regular old P365 in a Henry Holsters "Flint Compact" which should fit it, but I decided to order a new holster while I was at it. I have a PHLSTER Pro coming. I have one of them for my chunky Walther PDP and it is super comfortable. Gienormous photo...
  14. SOLD! The now-famous "BobsGun" M&P M2.0 Compact Optics Ready. Own a piece of TGO History! I have decided that I want to throw a bunch of money at a very small Sig Sauer instead and am offering this brand new, unfired, never carried Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 Compact Optics Ready handgun for sale. This is the newly revised model for 2022 that includes the improved flat-faced trigger. (Which feels pretty damn good, to be honest!) This gun is flawless. I did have Smith & Wesson replace the slide under warranty as they had cross-threaded one of the optics mounting screws. Rather than "fix" it they just replaced the slide with another brand new slide. Since the serial number is *NOT* on the slide, this should in no way affect the value or your confidence in the gun. But I'm still going to knock a little off the price because it's technically a used gun (despite never being fired) and because you deserve a deal. This gun will include everything that it came with from Smith & Wesson. That means two 15-round magazines, four grip modules / palm swells (Small, Medium, Medium-Large, Large), gun lock, paperwork, a host of optics mounting plates and a spiffy cardboard box. Yeah. Smith & Wesson no longer sends you a plastic suitcase to stuff into your closet. There are no blems or marks or scratches or scrapes or anything like that on the gun. I paid $538.00 for it back in January, plus transfer fees. It won't cost you that. See below! Terms of Sale I paid $538 for it. You pay $490. It's brand new! Save $50 and no tax, TICS or transfer fees! CASH SALE ONLY Must meet during daylight hours in the Franklin, TN / Spring Hill, TN area. If we've never done business before, you will need to show me your Tennessee gun permit to prove eligibility of ownership. More Photos? You know that's how I roll. Click the photos for a larger version.
  15. I'm not advocating that anyone engage in an illegal activity, but like most things in life - if the BATF writes an opinion that these are illegal - this is probably going to become one of those situations where it's only a crime when you're caught with it and civil disobedience until that happens. Just like the folks who put stocks on AR pistols without paying a tax stamp or the second or third generation owner of a fully automatic "bring back" from various overseas conflicts. Literally nothing stops them from doing it except for the threat of being caught. The curse of the modern era is social media. Ponder that for a bit. To clarify: I'm one of those schmucks who writes the government a fat check so that he can put a stock on something that other people just put stocks on tax-free.
  16. Wow. I went to eBay thinking surely the sellers that I've bought from before have these in stock and... NOPE. What a weird thing for there to be a shortage of across the spectrum of manufacturers.
  17. I'll just say that a lot of what you said depends on the gun, on the caliber, on the ammunition being used, and the design of the compensator itself. I've run my compensated G45 side-by-side with my non compensated G19 with the same range ammo and the same carry ammo and the G45 had no discernable increase in muzzle flash. I also have not changed recoil spring assemblies with the G45 or done anything else to "tune it" to run better with the comp. Factory G45/G19 recoil spring assembly only. For smaller guns like the P365 or Hellcat or M&P Shield, I would say that the compensator makes even more sense than it does on a larger gun because every extra little bit of controllability that you can get "feels" more significant with a smaller gun than it does with a larger gun. I'll let you know in about week how the Spectre Comp runs. I have one coming. Here's a video everyone might benefit from watching in the meantime. It's a comparison of the Spectre Comp in the dark compared to the non compensated P365 XL. Come to your own conclusions after you watch it. I've bookmarked the video to start right at the side-by-side comparison in the dark.
  18. Only because I love you... the wide themes are back. Go check the Theme menu at the bottom of the page now.
  19. I blame it on the Aussies and the fact that their country started as a penal colony. Which I totally respect.
