Sorry for the confusion folks but I came up with another idea that I think maybe is more in tune with what's going on in the political space right now and represents our desire to see the Second Amendment not infringed upon. We're doing this to continue raising money for TGO's operating expenses which, since December of last year, have gone out the ceiling due to the three upgrades we've had to make to our web servers to keep up with traffic. If you have ordered some of the TGO icon decals you know that those are top quality laminated vinyl meant to survive all-weather conditions. These will be made by the same folks in the same way and will be a great way to show your support of the Second Amendment on your car, truck, toolbox, gun safe, laptop, cat, dog, whatever. Which of these do you prefer the most? Option 'A' - Keep Calm And Carry On ...or... Option 'B' - Shall Not Be Infringed I can see eventually producing both but one of these will get produced first. Specifics would be as follows: Full color print process Laminated, all-weather vinyl Peel n' stick application 4.00 x 6.00 inches @ $4.50 each 2.25 x 3.50 inches @ $3.50 each I will be adding a page to the TGO Store soon. Just wanted to go ahead and get this out there and let you all know about them. I'm working on T-Shirts as well with this on the back and the TGO logo on the front. Those are going to take a little more time, though.

So I was inspired and started playing with some ideas...
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in General Chat
We're actually getting ready to print some. I offered the artwork up specifically for use on Facebook or something like that and stated that they weren't to be reproduced in any other format. You're welcome to fire up a copy of Adobe Illustrator and make something of your own though. -
There's a reason why we have so many firearms listings on here. TGO works. The other sites, not so much.

Yeah and what I said stands. Apparently you have a burr up your butt about it, but if a person has a problem with one of our vendors they are expected to take it up with them where it stands to do some good. Don't come onto TGO trashing one of our sponsors if you didn't bother taking it up with them first.

I'm sidelining this for the moment. Got too many other things in the queue and will have to revisit in a while.

I'll take the first matter under advisement but the requirement that an item have a picture is not one we can readily enforce nor is it one you really want us to impose. There are a lot of gun owners on TGO who simply don't have the equipment, the know-how, or both, to post a picture of every single thing they offer up for sale. Yes it's the year 2013 and yes half the planet seems to have grown up on the Internet, but the is the other half that still struggles with how to link a picture or how to upload a picture or how to even take a picture. That request is one I'll have to decline for the time being.

Sorry - I haven't had any time to look at this but will do so today.

Comcast pulls gun related advertising
TGO David replied to klamb5's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I wonder if they will be issuing refunds to the local shops that were advertising with them. I know that Outpost Armory did. I think I've seen an ad for Guns & Leather as well. -
It would be supremely helpful if you would post a synopsis and share your own thoughts rather than just carpet-bombing the forum with links like this. We welcome intelligent debate and conversation and encourage members to share things like this and discuss them but if I want to click a random link with a headline attached to it, I can visit FoxNews.com and eat my heart out. Thanks.

I was just about to type this very thing. This is by far the only good reason to debate most of these people. You never know who is listening and whether your words might save them from swallowing the opposing party's load of manure.

Only tip I can offer you for the HCP class is to take some coffee. It can be a real snoozer.

Did LAPD Kill Dorner for $1.1 Million ???
TGO David replied to mcurrier's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Mmmm... abject disdain. I was trying to put my finger on just how much I detest conspiracy theories and that really describes it nicely. Abject disdain. Yep. :D -

No no no... you're missing the important opportunity to spin this as a conspiracy. Gosh. -
We've got plenty! More will be going out in the mail tomorrow. :)

What exactly does the highlighted part mean? Did you walk on something because of the conditions there?

Yeah I'm really not sure what tripped it up that time. I'm keeping an eye on it.
