My deepest condolences. May he rest easily now and your family find the strength to carry on until you see him again.

I see it's still inserting HTML characters.

Definitely avoid the Antioch / Hickory Hollow area like the plague. Not a safe place to be.

Looks like Magpul will be moving
TGO David replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I keep reading comments on their Facebook posts from pro-freedom Colorado residents who feel "helpless" and ignored by the elected representatives, stating that they try to call their reps and are told that they can't leave messages, or email and fax and received canned responses thanking them for their concern. There, like most places, the people are being ignored and the politicrats are doing exactly whatever the hell they want to do and continue down the road of passing laws that people don't want. So my question is... what does that leave? When the vermin that infect our government systems refuse to do the bidding of the people who elected them and put them there, what now? Sure you can vote them out of office at the end of their term, but how much damage can they do in the meantime? Once freedoms are stripped away it's almost impossible to restore them. I hate to be that guy, but I'm seriosuly starting to wonder when folks are going to hit their limit and start voting with deeds instead of words. There are already posts on Magpul's FB page from people who say they are 5th (and longer) generation Coloradans who refuse to tuck their tails and flee to another state but desire to stand and fight for their freedoms. Things really could get interesting within our generation. -
I am sorry it's taken me this long to respond to the thread but I wanted to offer that I'll be sure to keep your grandfather and your family in my prayers. While the outcome of these few days may not be what you desire, I cannot help but notice an underlying statement in what has transpired and hope that you will find some encouragement in it as you face the uncertainties ahead: All too often we rely on the words of doctors as being final and authoritarian. When they deliver bad news, we tend to take it at face value and sometimes resign ourselves to "the worst". Your grandfather's prognosis was that he would only be with you for a few more hours and that was several days ago. The fact that he persists with you is proof that the human spirit is an indomitable thing and that doctors do not always have the last word. God does. Those are two incredibly powerful and extremely valuable lessons to take away from this. It's funny how sometimes the people we have looked up to our entire lives take a bit longer to stay with us and teach us a few more things before they finally lay down their burdens and embrace the eternal rewards of a life well lived. Hang in there.

Did you do the frame as well as the slide? Hard to tell from the lighting. I like the color on the slide for sure.

I'm a bit lost because we didn't change anything. Paypal has always accepted cards. :)

We can have a skull with a sombrero incorporated into the design. Just throwing that out there.

Yeah that's what I am thinking. Probably do a version in color and maybe a version in subdued tones.

How many of you would be interested in something like this made with the TGO logo with a velcro backing to slap on your gear? As my friend Joe put it the other day, PVC patches are the new cool-kid tactical gear. I'm not sure how high speed or low drag it'll make you, but I was thinking it might be a fun way to identify fellow TGO'ers while you're out and about. And frankly if your gear is anything like mine, you've probably got velcro panels on all sorts of crap. We'd need a minimum quantity order to make it work. We can decide on a round one with just the TGO Icon logo or we can do a square one with the TGO "State" logo or something. If there's enough interest I can start working on some designs.

'SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED' Decals Now Available
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in General Chat
Just an update... we ran out of stamps and had to pick more up last night. A big batch of these are going out in the mail today. If you ordered and haven't seen yours yet, you should be receiving them Monday - Weds of next week depending on USPS transit time to your location. I'm going to have to invest in one of those Dymo postage printer things at this rate. :) -
Nope... your email address is not visible to anyone other than the Staff and yourself.
-
Should be a button at the top right of the map that allows you to either add or update your location.

It's not a server problem or a site problem. There's really nothing I can do to fix this for you and nothing's been changed any of the times you've said it suddenly started working. Again if you Google this, the error is consistently an Android web browser issue.

Clear your browser cache if you're not seeing the buttons.

Tried to buy benefactor membership today

Nah... thank you for persevering. I couldn't seem to replicate that problem on my side no matter what, but when you all posted the exact error message it suddenly clicked. It's funny that IPB made it sound like this bug was something only "some" people might experience. That's craziness. Clearly it was affecting a lot of folks. I really wish they'd stop downplaying significant problems like that. -

Interesting. IPB just sent out a notice a little earlier this evening about that very problem. I'll have to take the forum offline for a sec to fix it. -
Look what just arrived... (2nd Amendment propaganda)
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in General Chat
I've climbed that wall and gone over it. From now on anyone who asks about shirts is getting Threeighty's home phone number as the order line. :) -

I really don't understand the confusion. Don't take that the wrong way folks ... I'm saying that I have run through it twice now and it works just fine for me every single time. If you click the back button on your browser, it will send the current "order" into the netherworld. Use the navigation feature inside the order system to return to the previous page. If you need to clean up, delete, cancel or pay off of an existing "invoice" you can find your invoices here: http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/index.php?app=nexus&module=clients§ion=invoices
