Yep - easy. Thanks.

Yep. I'll dig into it.

Fixed. I see what happened; the forum software had expired the invoice but PP let it continue. So the two never sync'ed up. I also confirmed that the subscription was cancelled via PP so you shouldn't have that problem again. Very sorry about the headache.

Working on this right now.

Let's not go advocating hate crimes on TGO. Thanks.

Does Anybody Here Speak Lamarese?
TGO David replied to gun sane's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
If you want a real reply from an elected official, visit them in person. -
Don't let the DQ get stuck in your head or it'll ruin your enjoyment of the game. At the end of the day that's all it really is anyway... a game. As long as everyone leaves with the same number of holes they came in with, you all live to punch paper another day. :)

www.thebeltman.net if you want a heavy leather belt that looks line a bluejeans / chino belt but is thick enough to carry the weight of your handgun.

The software is not supposed to be auto-renewing anything but I think some of the old PayPal "subscriptions" were still active. What's the transaction #? I can either issue a refund or I can make sure you get Benefactor status. Your choice.

IMO a safety rule is a safety rule and there's no margin for mulligans. The DQ exists to remind you that you violated a rule that could have put other people at jeopardy, not to punish you. The stage may have been designed incorrectly but the burden of safety still rests on the shooter. Did they not allow you guys to do a walk-through of the stage before you shot it? That should have shown that there was a problem, especially if more than one shooter was eventually DQ'd because of it.

So does anyone else see the point that this clown was trying to make? Granted, he made it as awkwardly as humanly possible and all people heard was the word "terrorism" but it seems that what he was trying to say is that if you incite panic by spreading false claims of danger with the public water supply, you are in essence terrorizing the public. And he'd be right. But the hubub it caused sure does make good press.

I don't know the particulars but this statement sucks... Defending your home ≠defending property.

I'm going to have to avoid buying a nice television if Hollywood is going to keep cranking out bullshit like this. Sooner or later I'm going to throw something at mine. That whole commercial is full of arrogant, elitist assholes who were mocked mercilessly in Team America.

identifying TGO members at tournaments
TGO David replied to 221 Fireball's topic in Competitive Shooting Sports
Not a bad idea either. I'll look into the enamel pins and see what those cost. -
i noticed that also. They're making pretty good refinements it seems as they work their way toward the end of the 3.x lifecycle. Just in time to bork it all up again. :)

I've just completed a software upgrade to the forum and ran some maintenance on the database. Sorry for the downtime.

carrying without a permit
TGO David replied to Ron Padilla's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense
Any "law abiding" citizen that gets caught carrying without a permit quickly makes the transition to criminal status. Keep that in mind. -
identifying TGO members at tournaments

I've looked at patches in the past and have not given up on them. Like most things, it all boils down to time and money. I'm really short on time lately. Money is an issue we can work around. I'll send out a few emails to some patch makers over the weekend and see what sort of replies I get back. Joe @ Battle Mug told me about a guy he uses to make PVC patches and gave me a few samples. I really like them a lot and that's probably the route I'd go. Likely the same "TGO Icon" that we use for our stickers, like is in my avatar. -
Yeah we've got that same hardwire kit running a Passport in ours. It does pretty good. It even confirmed when the Mrs. got hit with the LADAR by Metro when she was doing 9 over. Still can't believe the guy wrote a ticket for that. I guess there weren't any stabbings, rapings, shootings, drug deals, thefts, home invasions, assaults, politicians casting votes, or murders and it was a slow day for them in Nashville. :D

Miss World: Bikini ban because of Muslim sensitivity - no joke
TGO David replied to Sam1's topic in General Chat
Except Baptists don't generally cut the heads off of non-believers. -
Can't have America being the hero these days. Hollywood can suck my ass.

We average about 13.9 MPG around town and about 13.5 MPG on the highway. Sometimes it creeps up toward 15 MPG but not very often. That's with a light foot. Towing with it I saw about 13 MPG. It's never gone below that unless I was just behaving like a hoon. Yes, we've had ours off road but they aren't ideal for the sort of off-road environments we have around this part of the country. They need wide open spaces to stretch their legs and really show you what the suspension can do. It wasn't fun pressure washing this crap out of the undercarriage.

Fair enough. :D

Well at least with the new Raptor you'll get stock HID headlights. :) Go for the new Terrain color... that's bad ass! :D
