His goal isn't to do anything meaningful for anyone other than himself. He's hoping to make bank, not change laws.

I wear my Noveske hat all the time. I don't think many people even have a clue who John Noveske was or what his company is, but the ones who do always comment. And I'm alright with that. :)

This is the way I was going to suggest. Didn't get an opportunity to spend much time here yesterday. Work keeps getting in the way.

Those of you who think he's stupid need to take a closer look. He's anything but that. Belligerent, careful, methodical, vengeful... perhaps all of those. But not stupid. Law Enforcement realizes this and they handle him with a 10-foot pole now. Unfortunately they're just not swinging it very hard.

Nice guys don't go after people as vengefully as he's done to several over the years. Nice guys don't post my HCP and my wife's HCP and my wife's birth certificate on their web pages and make sexually explicit remarks about my wife on their web site. Leonard doesn't like me very much because I was one of the forum admins that booted him. The feeling is mutual of course, but some people don't have class. Maybe Brad Thor will offer to buy a new gun for whichever citizen finally smokes this clown during his next publicity stunt. As has been said, sooner or later he's going to scare the right person and they're going to perceive him as a threat and end this bull#### for all of us. But I'm sure Leonard has briefed his wife completely so that she will know precisely how to sue that person in civil court and try to provide the sort of life for her and their kids that he seemingly can't any other way.... so I hope they have a good lawyer. Those of you who think he's a great guy and who support him financially through your firearms purchases have dozens of other choices on where to spend your money locally. Why this guy? Does something about his character resonate with you?

Several of us here have had them in the past. I wasn't a fan of the sights, but otherwise it was nice.

Anyone see the Wilson County student packet?
TGO David replied to Bill4282's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Agreed. -
Will get it fixed for you this evening. On the road at the moment.

My M&P's have held up just as well as my Glock 19 3rd Gen. No problems. Go ahead and beat on it!

I'm interested in hearing from any of our residents of rural Williamson County around the Thompson Station area who are using high-speed internet. What providers are out there other than Comcast? I know that Charter provides service to Spring Hill and Thompson Station proper but we're going to be relocating to Williamson outside of the Thompson Station city limits (zoned as Thompson Station, however) and it seems like Comcast is the only one I can find that says they definitely offer service. Wondering about Frontier or TDS and their fiber-optic offerings. Recommendations? Words of warning to stay away from anyone in particular?

Not enough. -
This is a different case than what has affected some of our members recently. Basically you signed up for it, it renewed and now you don't want it. I'll go ahead and refund it because you haven't posted anything for sale but only for that reason. As the store says: Please Note: Benefactor Memberships provide immediate benefit to the member purchasing them and as such are non-refundable. By subscribing to a Benefactor Membership you acknowledge this policy and accept these terms.

Thanks for the continued support! I'm sorry the procedure isn't smooth. Trying to get that ironed out.

“The main thing I feel bad for is it gives every white person and black person who’s racist a platform to vent their ignorance,†he said. “That’s the thing that bothered me the most. I watched this trail closely and I watched these people on television talking about it. A lot of these people have a hidden agenda. They want to have their racist views, whether they are white or black … Their biases definitely come out. It was a bad situation. We all lost.†--Charles Barkley ^^^ This!!!

No I am referring to you and the others making the "Become a good comrade or die!" type of comments. If you truly believe that the electoral system is broken and that the political system is ineffective and worthless, that leaves two options: Take up arms and revolt, or sit there and talk about it. So far the tough guys say they're froggy, but no one's jumping. It's like some of you are Neo-Revolutionary Fluffers, getting each other ready for it but not really sealing the deal.

OK so what seems to be happening here is this... PayPal subscriptions do not equal TGO subscriptions but the IPB software leveraged their feature to make some of it work and somehow they got out of synch. ANYONE who sees a subscription process via PayPal needs to do what LCPfraTN did and let me know so that I can either activate their Benefactor account here, or refund them. They THEN need to cancel the subscription with Paypal. We're going to end up moving away from PayPal soon because of this mess. They've been zero help to me getting this straightened out.
-
You know... this "neo-revolutionary" bravado is a cyclical thing. It comes and goes on the Internet where talk is cheap and no one dies as a result of what they post, but I'm getting to the point where I'm tired of hearing it (again) and wish someone would either put up or shut up.
-
That's what I was told also.

Did your attorney also draft your LLC papers and charge you for that service? :) My attorney advised the opposite and it didn't cost me a thing. People have this misconception that an LLC or a Sub-Chapter "S" corp (S-Corp) can protect them from the liabilities and debts of the company, but the fact remains that the officers of the company are still liable and if you're an officer (or the only officer) of a company... that means you. So the insulation really isn't all that great. If a debt collector comes calling or a lawyer comes looking for blood, they're going to get it from someone! It's more effective if you have several officers, for a variety of reasons.

TGO David replied to Lumber_Jack's topic in General Chat
Yeah, smart ass... I have. And it got GREAT mileage. Stop jacking the guy's thread. -
Seriously? If the OP wants to start a new thread about it, so be it. We certainly didn't stop the other 38 threads.
